Worst online experience ever

I placed an order over a month ago and still no jacket.

They responded a week ago apologizing for the delay and offered a discount.

I requested a refund and they didn’t oblige.
Instead, they offered another discount.

After researching them, I discovered numerous negative comments (Reddit) about all aspects of their business and many reviews stating they are a total scam.

I did find the photo of the jacket listed on their site that they had poached from another company.

All of the reviews on their website are fake.

Stay away!

I ordered a shirt and it took four…

I ordered a shirt and it took four weeks to arrive. I would be OK with that and the quality is not horrible, but not great. For the price point it was reasonable. However, the size chart was not accurate, not even close. All I want to do is return it for a larger size, I have sent five emails to their service department and have not had a response back. Horrible service.

Ordered a “blazer”

Ordered a stylish looking corduroy blazer. An absurd thin pajama top thing arrived that looks nothing like the product advertised. I requested a refund. They offered me a 20% discount. I reiterated my abject disinterest in keeping their junk and requested a refund. They offered me a 50% discount and said that’s the best they can do under the circumstances. I threatened BBB, negative feedback, and lawyers. They offered me 70% off and I keep the junk. I agreed. Probably would cost me more than 30% to send it back to them.
I didn’t expect to actually get any money back, but they surprised me. I actually got a 70% refund.
Lessons learned:
Be extremely skeptical with purchases online.
Watch out for AI generated photos. Any words in the shot will typically be gibberish.

Poor quality/not as described

Should have checked the reviews here first! Shirt looked super cute on the website but when it arrived I was so disappointed-image on shirt (it was a mantis) was AI generated and of poor quality (pixelated/out of focus). Was supposed to be ‘hand painted’ but was just printed on. Also was a western style shirt so top half was one colour and bottom was another but was not two different fabrics just one, printed two different colours! Fabric was thin and cheap. Tried to return but was more expensive to mail back than I paid. So frustrating!

Another Chinese ripoff site…

Amazing how I started to get spam messages right after placing an order. The customer service is poor in communication. No invoice sent to show order number or expected delivery date. Funny how they have a link to this site saying they’re not a scam, and every review says scam. Learned my lesson on verification before ordering.

I bought 4 items and all of them are total scams.
The 4th item arrived with a hole.
I threw away $200 on Christmas gifts for my husband and they were all awful.

Poor customer service

I ordered two dresses. One was the wrong size and the other came with loose embroidery and inaccurate colors. At first, customer service went over options such as a measly 5% refund or an exchange. 5%!? That's criminal and they know it. I said I was comfortable with an exchange for the dress that was delivered in the wrong size. They never got back to me.

The bare minimum good news is that the dresses are real. It's not AI. I was happy I even received an actual product.

Poor quality, some challenges getting a refund for items not fitting described advertisement

Items did not meet the description, poor quality, not good value, poor fit. Item purchased was advertised as courdoury and was cheap polyester with no actual embroidery
Currently waiting for customer service to send me a shipping label as they suggest returns are free within 28 days, which I am still within, though they have told me I can keep the goods and give to a friend 😂, and have a 20% refund. I've told them no I want a full refund.

I'd avoid in future. But the shirt I ordered is ok, reasonable... And slightly better quality, still over priced, poor quality.

Got to comply with UK trading standards and right to refund

Boozelele worst company ever

Please don't buy from them, quality is super poor and different from pictures, if you ask for a refund they don't give it to you , even if you send back the item, I highly don't recommend them , super scam , I wish I never bought anything, I waste the dress money and the postage money , never had my money back

This company is disingenuous...

This company is disappointing. Shipping took a while, but that's to be expected with it coming from China. The issue was the quality of the products - very thin and starchy/scratchy material. I made a mistake by not reading the fine print and missed the "hand painted" aspect of the men's shirt and assumed it would also be embroidered like its matching dress. The products have the same quality and consistency as temu or shein, but without the kind price tag. I would avoid this website unless you've gone through the reviews beforehand to ensure you're making the correct choice in purchasing from this company.

I purchased 3 items from Boozelele and was excited to get them. When they arrived I knew immediately I had made a mistake in purchasing. I spent over $150 and the dress and shirts are probably worth $5. I don’t understand if some of their stuff is good and some bad. I’m not sure. It’s a shame because they are have a unique style. I thought it was funny how most of the bad reviews have a reply to email them, but they don’t answer your emails. I’m really hoping they will give me my money back. I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau and they don’t exist. The return address shows NY. But not listing for Boozelele in NY.

Never Again

Got a bunch of ads on the ol fb for this company, decided to bite the bullet and order a few things.
First the good lots of variety and styles in the genre of rockabilly and mid century.
Now for the bad - the cotton is not the best or highest of quality. While women's clothing might have what they call "ample sizing in the bust area" the arms/shoulders run small.
Returns if they do not meet their extremely limited criteria are near impossible and it is not clearly stated anywhere on the site that you pay for return to shipping to China (the company lists a California phone number and is out of England) so very misleading.

Complete misrepresentation and misleading website

The shirts I purchased are not at all the quality that was represented on the website. Cheap, thin, poly-blend fabric with HORRIBLE seam quality, not even in a straight line. Images on shirt are AI, low quality, ZERO embroidery. Buttons are not AT ALL lined up with buttonholes on collar. I paid over $120 CAD for these 2 shirts and they are GARBAGE.

Of those who have been misled, misinformed and lied to - BE SMART. Say, “we have read these reviews and are wiser!!” Say NOOOO to BoozeLeLe. Those who know and have rec’d $10 refund after spending $100’s of dollars know better. Just trying to give you the skinny about LE LE EZOOB! Wear something else,,friends.
