This has been the worst experience I’ve…

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I asked for my order to be canceled an entire week before it shipped, and they ignored me until the item was shipped. They clearly stalled on purpose just so they could ship it out and avoid giving me a refund.

When the package arrived, the “dress” was nothing like what they advertised. It was supposed to be embroidered, but instead it was just painted on, smelled absolutely awful, and was napkin thin cheap, flimsy, and completely ugly. It looked nothing like the product photos.

Their customer service was just as horrible unhelpful, dismissive, and doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. Now I’m stuck dealing with a long, frustrating process just to try to get my money back.

Absolutely ridiculous company. I would not recommend them to anyone. And yes I did rewrite this review because yall will not be playing with me. Trying to act like my payment was the issue when it played no part in this order, regardless of whether or not it was a pending payment, it should have been canceled like I asked when they payment went through.

This site sells pirated designs

This site sells pirated designs. They didn't even remove the original artist's mark from this one: Christmas-krampus-and-satan-claus-100-cotton-shirt

Steam Crow is a small independent business owned by real human artists in Arizona, and they did not authorize the reproduction of their work.

This is another one of those scams

This is another one of those scam sites... The photo shows a much higher quality dress with darting and high-quality screen printing. What arrived is a flat shirt dress with cheap printing in very smelly ink. Don't order from them!

Dress was very cute but I was…

Dress was very cute but I was disappointed in the quality, yes, it’s cotton but not the best quality cotton and the color of the dress (green) and image on my dress was a printed mess. The overall color of the dress was uneven and had undyed spots( bright white spots) throughout. I also didn’t realize this was coming from China, it took a while to get here and I probably wouldn’t have taken a chance on it if I had known because typically goods from China are low quality such as this was.

No integrity

My husband ordered me two dresses at the same time. One arrived looking like it should (cotton, brand label seen into the neck, extra buttons). The second dress was polyester even though the name of the product even said 100% cotton.

Complaints were met with a refusal to accept a return or exchange. They first offered a 20% refund then a 40% refund saying it was the “best they could offer.” Now they are suggesting it wasn’t purchased from them. I guess that means they have no intention of refunding or accepting an exchange. Terrible.

Scam company will not refund me even after I fought to return my item

I bought a dress that was titled “Embroidered Flowers” but when I received it, it was a low quality print of an embroidery image on the fabric, no actual embroidery or stitching.
I requesting to return for a refund. They would only offer 20% refund. When I refused and requested a full refund, after 20 emails back and forth, the company demanded that I pay for shipping back to China with tracking. When I proved that the cost to do this was greater than the cost of the dress they went back to only offering 20% back. When I wrote a public review of this, they then said I could ship to a location in the US, which I did, for a refund. I paid to ship it back and they have had it back in their possession for 13 days and said they would refund me a week ago and still have not refunded me.

Verry poor

Very poor service, Placed a large order back in September which didn't arrive. After an ignored email regarding a shipping update on my package, I was told that some of my items hadn't been sent due to not having any in stock with no word of a partial refund to correct this. After another 2 emails ignored requesting a partial refund and update I had to go through other means to get a full refund. Selling out of stock items and not informing the buyer is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them in again.

Poor return/ exchange service

The quality of the embroidered dress and shirt I ordered was nice. However, I wanted to return one dress and the company keeps avoiding processing my refund. I was told their returns scanning equipment was broken. Its been out of service 2 weeks. I would think you only need a computer to process returns. My advice is just make sure you'll want to keep any items you purchase from them because, you wont get a refund.

Zero customer service- order not delivered

At this moment I would give them negative stars if possible, I reached out to them nearly 24 hours ago because my package was marked as delivered but was not here. I was asking who the US Courier was and what the US tracking number is so that I can track who was supposed to have delivered it and find out where it went. No communication from them even though they read my message on facebook. At this moment I've spent almost $200 with them and this is my first and last order. They have less then 4 hours before I file fraud with my method of payment.

Cool shirts, great customer service

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Boozelele. The artwork on their shirts and dresses is fun, creative, and original, and they have a broad selection of styles, including festive seasonal options. The shirts are lightweight and they fit well. Whenever I wear one of my Boozelele shirts, I get complimented on how cool the shirt is.

Regarding Boozelele’s support, when I had an issue with one of the shirts I purchased recently, Boozelele’s customer service was responsive, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that’s what will keep me coming back.

Beware!

Beware! This is a company based in China so if you want to return your order you have to ship to China and cover the cost yourself. They insist on a tracking number otherwise your returned item might not be reimbursed. The quality of the 3 items I ordered are not worth the price. It's cheap looking and the cheapest quality.

You can not return!

They lie and will NOT let you do a return. The quality was so bad on one dress I requested a return days after receiving. They said I had to send it back to them in China with tracking and pay for postage. I went to USPS and the cheapest it could be sent was for over the cost of the dress. When I told customer service this they said they would not refund me the full amount and offered a small percentage back. When I explained that none of this was disclosed when I purchased it, they just repeated they would give me 20% percent back only. It’s cheap quality, over priced and they will not let your return.

I ordered a medium collared dress and a medium collared shirt. The collared shirt fit great around the neck, but the dress had a neck length of 19 inches! The average woman has a neck between 14 and 15 inches when you wear that size. They boasted easy returns and exchanges so when I reached out to exchange my dress I was told that it’s very expensive to ship back to them because everything came from China, even though they never disclose any of that. They definitely make you feel like it’s going to be an easy process to get something exchanged or returned. They then proceeded to not initiate my exchange and instead offer me 20% off another purchase. ( why would I buy something else from a company when the previous item doesn’t even fit, clearly a manufacturing defect). I tried to point out that I thought it was a manufacturing defect and I should not have to pay for the exchange regardless then I was met with arguments for two weeks continuing not to initiate the exchange just telling me that I’m wrong and literally saying to me. “ Well I tried the dress on and it fit me perfectly. It might even be too tight for someone who has a larger neck “I then reiterated my point that I thought it was a manufacturing defect and then from there, I asked her why they were arguing with me and not just initiating the goddamn exchange? Finally they sent over the exchange information almost when it was too late to process said exchange. I never ended up sending it back because I had this gut feeling that they were never going to refund me anyways and I’d rather be out $60 instead of $85- $150 so I kept the dress and I’m going to teach myself to sew so I can cut the entire neck out and put the proper size neckline in

Just to reiterate, they don’t disclose anywhere on their website that their items come from China. They argued with me for two weeks over something that was a manufacturing defect when it clearly stated on their page that if it was a manufacturing defect, they would take care of the cost of everything. ( I even took pictures of the neckline with a tape measure on top of it, and they still argued with me ) When I first ordered my items, it said that there was a 30 day return and exchange And when I got my item, it had changed to 14 days and they literally drug it out for 14 days before handing me a return label. I am so bummed that this company turned out to be what they are, I had every intention of spending thousands of dollars with them because I absolutely love everything they have on their website. But unfortunately, everything is cheap and they are not very honest or kind to work with. I really hope they go out of business because they are ripping people off left and right. I’m getting really sick of how people are getting away with this crap.

Scam, do not waste your money

Scam. Bought 3 dresses, 1 “embroidered” all shitty off color screen prints, no embroidery, all crap off screen print , didn’t even try them on, made of shit costume material, asked for a return and was offered a 20% coupon. Or spend way too much money to return to china. I Wasted over $100 usd on crap that’s non wearable, non returnable , do not buy. Absolutely crap.

Ai slop prints

Ai slop prints, avoid if you have any respect for art.

This company blatantly use Ai generated images for their bandanas, and very likely elsewhere too. Absolutely shameful practice, avoid at all cost. Support real small artists and designers!

Such a let down.

The dresses that they show are so beautiful. So I bought two and I’m really disappointed. They did not look like the pictures on the site. I wanted to get an exchange for the embroidered style but I got a 20% refund and 20% off my next order. I’m super sad because they looked great on what is advertised. They said it would be too expensive to return them.I doubt I’ll use that 20% I already spent more than I should have. Such a let down.

I feel like I got scammed, buyer beware

I paid £29 each for two shirts, what I received was cheap and nasty cr*p at a not cheap price point, the shirts are so awful and ropey looking compared to what they look like on the website I really feel like I've been had. I could get much better at Marks and Spencer for the same price. They look like somebody has bought off of Temu, marked the price up and sold them as their own.

Shipping took a bit long

Shipping took a bit long, but my husband really liked the shirt I ordered for him. He enjoyed the design. He is a musician and it was perfect for performances. We went back and we ordered two more with different designs.
