Cute dress but the size is too large…

Cute dress but the size is too large after watching the sizes on the website. The fabric is washing out after one wash and I haven’t even worn my dress yet. I wouldn’t buy here again

Slow delivery expensive returns

Delivery time was 3 weeks. Missed my event, tried to return and you have to pay for your own returns to China which was £60 and it’s stuck in customs and they can’t resolve.
Avoid unless you have plenty of time and are willing to keep all

I had read many bad reviews, however, I am satisfied

I had read many bad reviews, a handful of good reviews. I loved the dress designs enough to give it a try. I have ordered one with embroidery, and one with a print. The quality of fabric on both is good, a soft cotton. Not "costume" fabric that many people mentioned. Both the embroidery and print quality are good. It took 12 days to receive my order. I live in Austria. I am very satisfied.

Is it a scam?

It’s been about a week since the first time I’ve tried to contact them about a refund for three dresses that I’ve ordered. The delivery came, but the dresses are nowhere near what they should be - awful material, what should have been black color is not even close… They haven’t replied to multiple e-mails, their phone number is always unavailable, their Messenger chat is just a bot… I think it’s a scam…

SCAM POOR QUALITY!!!

Utter garbage, got my 3 poorly printed shirts, its made out of a shiny material that they make parachutes out of. They even put in a fake label inside that says 100% cotton. If this is cotton then I am the king of Sweden. I would like a full refund for false advertising.

If you order “matching” items

If you order “matching” items, you expect two to be red.
Not one to be red and one to be orange.

Then to be offered a discount on the NEXT order?
Oh. You can return, but you need to send tracked to China, which costs more than the shirt did?
Cool. Great.

Dropship site

Be aware that they are a chinese seller pretending to be an american site. Their return address is in china.

The dress I ordered was good, true to photos. The bandanas were different than pictured but they responded quickly to offer a refund if I return them.

I would give 4 stars if the seller was honest and didnt lie about being an american website. I still would have ordered the dress if I knew it was a chinese seller, as the quality was good. There is no need to lie

Scam!

Two dresses ordered in the same size, the first one I tried on was way too BIG. It more resembled a circus tent, then a cute little dress. I attempted to put on the second dress. It was so small I couldn't fit ithe sleeves past my forearms. I did not get a refund.

Stay away! Unless you like throwing away money.

Scam alert.
Ordered and paid for expedited shipping ($124.00 total) on April 22nd, Its now July 14th with no product, real tracking info and no response from customer service after multiple emails for my order or refund. The tracking from my original order email shows my order to have been in Los Angeles since 5/2/25 and US Customs released.

Disappointed

My husband spent over £30 on a shirt with a spiderweb design on it. I expected black cotton with embroidery. I got white cotton, printed black, with the spiderweb 'negative space'. Yes, it was cotton, but it was shoddily done. Disappointed

Scam

Waited three weeks for my order with no response from the company. Don’t order.

Edit: I already sent an email, you never responded to it. I NEVER even received my order. I never even received a shipping confirmation. I had to contact my card because you took my money and never sent me an order confirmation or a email saying y'all shipped the product. I didn’t even receive a welcome email. You guys have posted on social media (Instagram) and responded to this comment quicker than my email. I sent that email two days ago as well. Yea, DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOZELELE!!!

Do not buy from here.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. When I check the order status on the website it hasn't even been shipped yet. I have contacted them and have had no reply. Very poor customer service and I'm beginning to believe I've been scammed. Do not order from here.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. Very low quality. Think 1980s trash bag Halloween costume type fabrics. Stiff, printed no embroidery. Picture isn’t the same on dress as add depicts.

DO NOT BUY

1; did not cancel my order before sending it when I requested to not receive it after all. 2. Sizing runs small, I read off the chart and got my size and its terrible. 3. Poor quality. 4. they make you pay for shipping back to China (For me is well over $200 after I had free shipping to receive it) to be refunded UNLESS you accept their 10% refund with 20% discount off of your next purchase. The images are sublimated not hand painted. I am so upset.

Nasty fabric!

Echoing other reviews here, the quality is very low, though after comparing what I received to the website listing it is technically accurate to the description. However, I am not convinced the dress I bought is "100% cotton," even though the tag says it is. If it is cotton it's been treated with some crazy stuff, the material is almost like a raincoat, it's a nightmare to wear. It's really visibly low quality stuff, like a halloween costume, I definitely can't wear it out even though the fit is alright. Not feeling hopeful about returns after reading other reviews here. Definitely stolen art and scammy prices for VERY cheap items.

Prints! Not embroidery!

Received a wholeprinted dress in a very strange fabric that almost feels like childrens outer rain clothes. Description clairly says embroidery. And this is NOT. Its a print. Be aware.

USING SOMEONE ELSE'S ARTWORK WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT AND PROFITING FROM IT IS FLAGRANT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT.
-BOOZELELE RECENTLY BEGAN “LEGITIMATE” COLLABORATIONS WITH VARIOUS ARTISTS, WHILE STILL SELLING NUMEROUS COUNTERFEIT DESIGNS. THE COUNTERFEIT DESIGNS WERE STOLEN FROM INDEPENDENT ARTISTS, AS WELL AS BIGGER NAME BRANDS. I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE, BECAUSE I CONTACTED THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS MYSELF: EACH CONFIRMED UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THEIR ART BY BOOZELELE.

SINCE PART OF THE AGREEMENT WAS A CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE, I REFUSED THEIR SETTLEMENT IN ORDER TO RETAIN THE LEGAL RIGHT TO SHARE MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE PUBLICLY, IN THE HOPES OF HOLDING BOOZELELE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR UNETHICAL PRACTICES.

Dreadful- don’t use this site:quality terrible

Terrible quality & dreadful delivery experience
Ordered a cowboy shirt for my daughter’s birthday. It took almost 3 months for delivery, despite paying for express. Communication from company was very unhelpful (although I did get refund on express post difference). When it finally arrived, fabric was extremely poor quality, very little correlation to colours on website & generally it’s the sort of garment I doubt will survive one wash. I was fooled by website - strongly recommend potential customers to avoid the site. I see others here saying it’s a scam. I don’t know if that’s true, but it is one of the worst quality things I’ve ever bought on line.
