-I WAS CONTACTED IN DECEMBER 2024 ABOUT COLLABORATING WITH BOOZELELE. WHEN I VISITED THEIR WEBSITE; I WAS STUNNED TO FIND 24+ OF MY DESIGNS WERE ALREADY FOR SALE THERE: ALL WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.
USING SOMEONE ELSE'S ARTWORK WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT AND PROFITING FROM IT IS FLAGRANT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT.
-BOOZELELE RECENTLY BEGAN “LEGITIMATE” COLLABORATIONS WITH VARIOUS ARTISTS, WHILE STILL SELLING NUMEROUS COUNTERFEIT DESIGNS. THE COUNTERFEIT DESIGNS WERE STOLEN FROM INDEPENDENT ARTISTS, AS WELL AS BIGGER NAME BRANDS. I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE, BECAUSE I CONTACTED THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS MYSELF: EACH CONFIRMED UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THEIR ART BY BOOZELELE.
-BOOZELELE’S WEBSITE CLAIMS THEY HAVE THEIR OWN DESIGN TEAM, YET THEY
CONTINUE TO ADD AND SELL UNAUTHORIZED ARTWORK. THEY TAKE NO PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT, AND FAULT THEIR SUPPLIER FOR PROVIDING INFRINGING DESIGNS.
-BOOZELELE’S DESIGNER COLLABORATIONS CREATE A SENSE OF LEGITIMACY, HOWEVER, THE COLLABORATIVE DESIGNS MAKE UP ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF THEIR COLLECTION. MUCH OF THEIR PRODUCT SELECTION REMAINS COUNTERFEIT ARTWORK
-BOOZELELE REMOVED ALL MY DESIGNS FROM THEIR WEBSITE: HOWEVER, NEGOTIATING FOR REASONABLE COMPENSATION FOR SALES AND UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY ARTWORK PROVED CHALLENGING.
-BOOZELELE MADE REPEATED REQUESTS TO LICENSE SEVERAL OF MY DESIGNS, YET WHEN MY COPYRIGHT LAWYER PRESSED FOR FAIR FINANCIAL COMPENSATION, THEY CLAIMED VERY LOW SALES OF PRODUCTS UTILIZING MY ART. SINCE SEVERAL OF MY DESIGNS WERE FRONT PAGE, BEST SELLERS; THEIR LOW SALES CLAIM DEFIES LOGIC. (WHY WOULD THEY BE SO EAGER TO LICENSE DESIGNS THAT ALLEGEDLY DON’T SELL???)
-AFTER MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH, BOOZELELE CONCEDED TO OFFER ME A NOMINAL SETTLEMENT, HOWEVER, I FOUND THE CONTRACT TERMS TO BE UNACCEPTABLE, AS BOOZELELE STILL TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. SINCE PART OF THE AGREEMENT WAS A CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE, I REFUSED THEIR SETTLEMENT IN ORDER TO RETAIN THE LEGAL RIGHT TO SHARE MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE PUBLICLY, IN THE HOPES OF HOLDING BOOZELELE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR UNETHICAL PRACTICES.
-BOOZELELE HAS MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AND CAN START BY REMOVING ALL COUNTERFEIT ARTWORK FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

Dreadful- don’t use this site:quality terrible

Terrible quality & dreadful delivery experience
Ordered a cowboy shirt for my daughter’s birthday. It took almost 3 months for delivery, despite paying for express. Communication from company was very unhelpful (although I did get refund on express post difference). When it finally arrived, fabric was extremely poor quality, very little correlation to colours on website & generally it’s the sort of garment I doubt will survive one wash. I was fooled by website - strongly recommend potential customers to avoid the site. I see others here saying it’s a scam. I don’t know if that’s true, but it is one of the worst quality things I’ve ever bought on line.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I ordered a sleeveless shirt and a dress. The quality is low, both in terms of the material used and the print. The material feels cheap and seems both thin and stiff (definitely not soft as described in the product description). The prints are really low quality computer printed and not representative of the images on the website. Wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered as I wouldn't have wasted my money. I feel ripped off.

Avoid at all costs

This is truly the worst company, and it's a scam. Any positive review on here absolutely must be a bot or the companies attempt to continue to scam people. The shirts look nothing like they do on their website. They are horrendous, thin, scratchy material and the design looks like it was printed by a computer in the worst way possible. They make it absolutely impossible to return - and you have to pay yourself to mail it back to China. They will not accept any issues as real and will refuse to pay for the shipping, despite what their website says. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm currently filing a fraud dispute for the charge with my credit card company.

Don't Order from this site

I ordered a shirt on this site and paid for express shipping - a week later and still no tracking. Had i known this was coming from China, I would never have purchased. Getting my money back.

It's a known scam website

It's a known scam website. Like some other people I saw cool images and fell for it. The shirts are obviously cheap poor quality, the art work is not original, and worst of all when you find out they don't fit, the return policy is for you to send it back to China and pay for the postage yourself (8x the cost of the shirt).

This site uses unlicensed artists'…

This site uses unlicensed artists' designs!
This is my case. Already in March 2025 another author reported to me a men's shirt with my design that they changed from the original name "Rabbit Dance" to "Easter Rabbit On Wheat Field". I wrote to them to immediately remove my unauthorized design from sale and they responded with an apology. They told me it was a mistake by the supplier.
Today I discover that my design is still on sale on their site with the name "Easter Bunny And Flower" printed on a women's dress!

We independent artists live off our work and authorized sales on various commercial sites.
These dishonest behaviors cause us a lot of damage.
If a site steals images from artists without authorization, how serious can it be?
You must remove my design from all your products for sale! I do not give you any license to use it on your site! Otherwise, you are free to prove otherwise, if you cane!

These shirts are absolute trash

These shirts are absolute trash! I watched the video of the shirts being embroidered and assumed that is what I was getting. Wrong! It looks like a child got a screen printer and went to town. It is an absolute scam! On a positive note, the plastic bag they cram these cheap, paper thin , shirts with the worst screen printing you can imagine were of good quality.

Absolutely horrible quality

Absolutely horrible quality. I've never felt any piece of clothing that was so cheap, and thin, and stiff. My husband said it felt terrible to wear so we basically wasted $50, which is insane for the shirt to cost that much and then feel so embarrassingly made.

I never leave bad reviews but this shirt was worse than anything I've ever bought.

Cheaply Made

Positive Review online must be fake as the quality of the shirts are poor. The material feels thin and cheap. The embroidery is fake and printed to like so. They also ship from overseas which makes sense. Has that SHEIN feel to it.

I spent nearly $150 on cheaply made clothing, not embroidered (1 shirt specifically stated embroidered). Then the company has the audacity to offer me a discounted refund, for their misrepresentation of an item. Poorly ran business or a scam.

False Advertising. Don’t buy.

They advertised the products as being embroidered but was just a cheap, poor quality print, the cotton is also very starchy and easily wrinkled.
When I tried to ignore the poor quality and just exchange a size because my partner still wanted to wear them for our baby shower, they told me shipping was very expensive to china and they would offer me 10% refund for my order or 20% off a next order. Neither of which I was happy with so I’ve now asked for a full refund which I doubt they will honour.

Shirt looked like it was poorly printed on rayon nothing like image online, company is in China and you will not be able to return item when you don't care for it. I also arrived after the event I ordered it for.

The shirts do not look like pictures

The shirts do not look like pictures. They are the worst thin, uncomfortable material similar to a low cost costume. They also never sent me an item I ordered and blamed the shipping company and that was it. I think this is an indirect scam and would never make it if you saw the materials in person before purchase.

The items I ordered took far too long…

The items I ordered took far too long to arrive. I ordered them in mid dec and got them the 23rd of January. I got them after exchanging many emails, most to no avail. Have the shirts now, but the quality is not what the prices they charge would make it seem to be.

The shirts are thin and might be cotton. The designs are printed on, not embroidered. In some places, the printing is subpar. The shirts are gigantic, way bigger than my husband wears. Am keeping them, but would not order from them again.

BUYER BEWARE; Returns Impossible

BUYER BEWARE; Returns are impossible. Although the website clearly states, "Money Back - Easy Returns", that is a LIE! I understand it says I pay shipping. But when I request to return. I get questions. Then told "its expensive to ship it back to China" would I like 10% off. HUH? Nowhere does the website state it would be expensive to ship to china to return. It says EASY RETURNS!!!

Plus the shirts smell terrible.

These shirts are the absolute cheapest, nastiest material. When I asked to return the item, unworn, I was offered a 20% refund. Buyer has to pay for return shipping, which is in china, so not worth it. Do not buy from this company.

They steal artists artwork (they have stolen mine and refuse to take it down) and put it on their cheap plastic shirts. Buyer beware. The quality has to be awful as they are using vectorized jpgs from the web.
