Blinds are very good quality, material, metal bar. The only thing a little disappointed with is the pull string and fix as quite difficult to operate with the weight of the blind.

Delighted with the 6 blinds I have…
Thoroughly delighted with the 6 blinds I have purchased from Bottom Up Blinds. Couldn’t fit better.
They are absolutely perfect, were very easy to fit with clear, concise step by step instructions. They give me the privacy required, but with the facility to have natural light coming in above the blinds and to be able to see out over the blinds when pulled up.
The fabric I chose is exactly the same as the sample I received. I have received lots of positive comments from friends and neighbours.
They were made in no time at all, delivered on time with excellent communication from the moment I ordered to being received. The blinds were all labelled with the sizes, so I knew which rooms they were for. I can not recommend ‘Bottom Up Blinds’ enough. Far cheaper than any other company I contacted too, but without compromising on quality. I think you will also be as pleased as I am. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Give them a go. Excellent personal customer service. I wanted to share photos of the blinds to show you just how good they really are, but there is no option to do this unfortunately.

I am really pleased with my "Bottom Up" blinds - good fabric and achieves the result I was looking for BUT I would have liked to have fitted them with the reverse roll option which would give a much cleaner look to the bottom of the blind. However, because only one side of the (can't think what to call it so am saying) "leader" rail is covered with fabric this is not really a viable option. It would look so much more sophisticated if the fabric was fixed to both sides of that rail so you have a proper option of reverse or ordinary and can avoid the clumpy look of the roll sitting on the windowsill. Hope that is helpful

Many thanks indeed for the review. It is always really helpful to get feedback, particularly if there is something we can do to improve our product.
Just a heads up, it is possible to get the result you want to achieve by reverse rolling the fabric (depending on the fabric... i.e. is it the same on both sides). This means taking the blind out of the brackets, unrolling all the fabric all the way and rolling it back onto the the roller tube in the opposite direction. That should mean the fabric comes now up from the front of the roller AND the bar is fabric covered.
We haven't included this option in our instructions yet but it is now being looked at as an option so thank you again for highlighting this issue.
We had previously considered a full bar wrap but unfortunately some fabrics are just too thick for this.
