We have recently moved into our Redcliffe Home at Lackham Place, which is amazing. Our entire purchasing journey has been expertly guided by Heather in the sales office who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of Redcliffe. In addition, the site manager Andrew has ensured his availability and presence should we have any questions, queries of issues. Huge and personal thanks to both of them from Mr & Mrs Matthews

We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Sally at Redcliffe regarding Plot 42 at Gascoigne Park in Milborne Port, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.

Sally was incredibly informative, approachable, and generous with her time. She took the time to walk us through every detail, answering all of our questions thoroughly and ensuring we felt confident and well-informed throughout. Her professionalism and friendly manner made the whole process both enjoyable and reassuring.

We would also like to extend our thanks to Adrian, who kindly took time out of his busy schedule to show us around Plot 42. His insight and willingness to help were very much appreciated. Especially on a request for a little electrical change. 

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and Sally is a real credit to the Redcliffe team. Thank you both for your time and support.

We are in the process of attempting to buy a new property at Gascoigne Park in Milborne Port and have visited the site on a number of occasions. On the first visit we were lucky enough to meet with Sally, the on site sales manager, who showed us around the particular house we are interested in. Sally is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with respect to all aspects of the local site and able to answer any number of questions you might have. She instills confidence in the Redcliffe brand and is a great ambassador for the company. We are currently experiencing difficulties with the sale of our current property and have revisited Gascoigne Park to discus our possible options. Sally has been very supportive, empathetic and helpful with her advice in a most professional manner. If we are able to successfully move to Milborne Port, it will be in no short measure, due to the help and assistance Sally has given us.

One-year on and the list of faults continues to grow. My God, if there was a nightmare house builder of the year award, Redcliffe Homes would win it!!!

Excellent, first class customer service. Sally answered all our enquiries promptly and in detail. Very accommodating to our request always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

We are now ensconced at our new Redcliffe home at Gascoigne Park. The hand over/take over process was conducted by Sally (Sales Manager) and Barry (Site Manager.Once again we were impressed with the attention to detail, consideration and professionalism we experienced. The level of detail covered in the initial "snagging" was impressive and although minor in nature, problems were addressed promptly with no issue being too much trouble. The on-site team were helpful and attended to our needs "at the drop of a hat". The whole moving in process has only reinforced that our decision to purchase a Redcliffe property was the right decision! Thanks to all involved and we look forward to the final "bedding in" stage, confident that any issue we experience will be supported and remedied by what has proved to be an excellent team!!

I thoroughly recommend Redcliffe Homes. We just bought a Foxham and couldn't be happier.

3 months after moving into Redcliffe home, all I can say is, shocking quality and finish, the more I look, the more I find. Shame I can't add any photographs! 🤬🤬🤬

I have just moved into my lovely new home at Gascoigne Park.
Sally has been tremendously supportive in helping me to settle in.
I am very happy with all the work done, and all the fixtures and fittings.

We moved into our new Redcliffe home two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier! From day one, Sally, Dean and the team have been amazing — going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We’ve felt settled and supported every step of the way, and every query has been handled quickly and with genuine care. We do not regret our decision at all — we’re so happy here and truly grateful for everything they’ve done. Thank you!

We moved in recently, the process was seamless. This is largely in part to Sally, she is very professional and approachable, always on hand to help. She came to see us after moving in and has popped in several times since to ensure everything is OK. Any little
snags we have had are being dealt with promptly, I found Sally hugely attentive and she has made the process a excellent experience. Dean and Barry are also really good and very helpful. Very happy with the house and the whole experience thus far.

We are so looking forward to moving to Milborne Port and we are delighted with the wonderful help and support we have received from Sally to date. A lovely small development of quality homes.

Sally the sales manager was extremely helpful and listened carefully to what we were looking for in our new home. She took us around the whole development and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. We are looking forward to moving here knowing we will be well looked after during the process and afterwards.

We recently started looking for our forever home in Somerset. After viewing several new developments we arrived at Milborne Port. We were delighted by the professional and knowledgeable advice we were given by Sally I/c of sales and love the quality of the houses. We have now chosen the house we want and can’t wait to move in

Sally has been fantastic throughout the entire process—always helpful whenever we had questions and readily available whenever we needed her. Her support made everything much smoother, and we really appreciated her dedication and responsiveness.

We moved into the Gasgoine Park development at Milborne Port this week and have been extremely impressed with the support from the onsite team. Special shout out to Sally, Dean & Nigel who have ensured that we are getting settled in. A nice touch, is the availability of a mini skip (thanks Nigel) to dispose of our moving boxes! Dean and his team have gone above & beyond to ensure our washing machine fits into the integrated cupboards. Sally has been with us on our journey from selling our property to moving into our new home. Special thanks for her support and great advice.

Heather and the team in the Lackham Showroom have been amazing, Very friendly and helpful.
Sadly our sale fell through with our buyers, the ladies went above and beyond what is there normal job, they could see how upset I was that we had to pull out of our dream home.
We was worried that we was out of our 14 days calling off period by one day and we would lose our deposit and upgrade money, but the company agreed to give us a full refund as a goodwill.
Bridget in the accounts department was very efficient in returning our money and I can only thank her for this.
All these Ladies are a credit to the company, I wished more people could be like them.
I cannot fault this company, I would recommend this company without a doubt.

When we first began our search for our next home we had not really considered a new build property, but having looked at our options in the Milborne Port / Sherborne area we decided to look at properties at the Redcliffe homes development, Gascoigne Park in Milborne Port.
We met with Sally the sales manager and she was able to show us an example of the property we were interested in. We were impressed with the quality and high specification of the property so Sally then proceeded to show us the plot we were specifically interested in. We spoke to Sally several times before deciding to purchase and on all occasions she was able to answer our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. Once we decided to purchase Sally was available to answer our questions and advise us as we moved through the buying process, Sally has been extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process and beyond.
Barry the site manager, Dean, Nigel and the rest of his team have been extremely helpful since we have moved in and have continued to answer questions and have promptly and efficiently dealt with a few new build 'snags' that are to be expected, we cannot thank them enough.
Redcliffe homes tell you that they will continue you to support you once you move in with any snags or issues and we can honestly say that we have found this to be true. Tim and his customer care team have met with us to complete an initial 'snagging' check and Sam has visited and rectified these to a high standard.
We are delighted with our new home in Milborne Port.

The purchase process was very much eased by sales lady, Sally, who is, still, professional and efficient. Since moving in, Barry and staff have dealt with the few ‘little niggles’ quickly. A happy punter.
