Superb luxury mini bus. 30 minutes late which was worrying and couldnt get through to out of hours number. Once arrived, couldn't have been better.

Booked executive minibus for July 2022 - 1.30am pick up!!!! Arrived on time and driver, Omar was very polite and helpful. Journey and drop off very smooth. Flight arrived back early but no problem as driver came early and got us home safe and sound. Would absolutely recommend 👌 👍

Excellent service and the driver Vlad was very poliet and helpful. On time and nothing was too much trouble.

We booked a coach, MPV & mini bus for our wedding and were extremely impressed with the service received. The correspondence with the booking office was not only professional and slick, but Morgan in the team went out of the way to help out with our requests and last minute changes. Each of the drivers were early, very friendly and extremely professional (they even provided a playlist to entertain our guests enroute) All the vehicles were premium and very clean. This is a company that cares about its customer experience and I can’t recommend booking them enough!

Used Bouden Travel for a night out for 16 people. Everything from start to finish was brilliant. The sales team, especially Morgan, were extremely helpful and made sure booking with them was as easy as possible. The minibus was in great condition and the drivers were very friendly. Could not have asked for a better service. Would definitely recommend!

From the initial inquiry to processing payment and making some last minute tweaks, it was so easy and always accompanied by a pleasant conversation.

The upgrade on the day was that extra something that really helped make our experience great!

We booked a midi-coach for a client event to Cheltenham and the process was smooth from start to finish.

Azeem was friendly, very accommodating with our requests, and patient when we had to walk miles to our pick-up from Cheltenham due to roads being closed and there being thousands of people exiting Cheltenham all at the same time!

Would definitely recommend using Bouden again.

Had a booking for 2 years and with only weeks to go I called to check everything was on track for our booking to Disneyland Paris! Was told all okay on the phone then received a telephone call to state they were no longer running the trip- I wouldn’t have known unless I chased them and not even an apology or offer of assistance to help us find alternative travel. They cited covid as an excuse - funny we found someone later the same day who not only jumped to help us in an emergency but took us with no problems at all so Bouden cannot use covid as an excuse! Their customer service is a disgrace - though they “were happy to offer a full refund”. Very courteous of them considering THEY breached the contract and cancelled! They also chose to block us on Facebook - so professional. STAY CLEAR if you want reliable service!

Deserve a minus 5 star for how they speak to customers and how much of your time they waste! Wouldn't even bother making enquiries if you are interested in Stag Do! Tried to arrange Stag Do coach transport for our trip and the initial lad we spoke to said yes and sent us 2 bus type quotes and when we chased and chased for 3 weeks to make a payment on one of the luxury coach options, this rude lady came back to us and said they don't do stag do coach travel any more! So change the advertising on your website then jokers! Its still advertising you offer stag and hen do coach transport!!! Shocking company!

Don’t bother with these people. I ordered a quote to take 8 people into Birmingham. They didn’t bother getting back to me!

Top drawer service from Bouden's. From start to finish, the customer service was impeccable, even despite the numerous postponements and reschedulings due to COVID restrictions. The team couldn't do enough to help and never pushed for confirmation when the trip looked in doubt. Ultimately the booking went ahead and Bouden's staff were in contact throughout the day to ensure everything went as expect. The coaches provided were of high quality and the drivers were most friendly and accommodating, especially regarding changes to pick up time and location. Would highly recommend.

We have used Bouden Coach Travel for 3 years to transport our Rugby Team every two weeks. The Coaches always arrive on time, the drivers are all very friendly and accomodating and the coaches top class.

This was our second time using this company , this time had two 16 seater mini buses and a 49 seater coach . Excellent service from start to finish . Staff are meticulous and go through every detail with you . Drivers are really helpful

Excellent service from start to finish 😄. The lady I spoke to when I first enquired was so helpful and friendly. Our bus turned up on time and our driver Mr Zeeshan was fantastic 😄.
