Poor service

I ordered my kitchen sink as the website looked very professional, however that's where it stops.
On looking at my e mails I was advised that the sink wasn't even in stock- not advised of this when the company took my money, they also charged me 90 pence as a contribution to planting a tree, I only found this out after questioning what that charge was and requested a refund.
Yesterday I received an e mail advising my item was with the Fourier company, I clicked on the link and the courier company don't have it!
I then rung Boundary bathrooms- eventually managing to speak to a customer services agent, she advised it should be with the couriers tonight, so I might get it tomorrow- good job I am not sat at home waiting for it, I an unable to use my kitchen at the moment as I have no sink.
Fingers crossed that when it turns up it is not damaged!
The poor customer services agent was very apologetic, this company does not care about its customers , it will not have my service again or the recommendation to friends and family.

Replaced faulty product without any hassle

I ordered a Bristan Trinity Traditional In Line Divertor but after a couple of weeks the hose sprung a leak. Boundary Bathrooms asked for a photo of the problem which I submitted. Then after a week or two, a new hose arrived. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was. I would have given 5 stars had the hose arrived very promptly but I still think this was good customer service on the whole.

NO NO NO. Worst Customer Service in the world

I have bought two lovely bathrooms on the 5th April from a helpful sales team in Warrington. Split into two orders, the first one was delivered late and some fixings were missing. Thought I would give them benefit of the doubt, worst decision I have made this year.
After 4 weeks of asking for parts to arrive on the 23rd June, they deliver on the 25th and have forgot the shower tray. THEY FORGOT TO ORDER IT. Customer service team just say the same thing over and over, will talk to warehouse, see terms and conditions, not our fault. It is now Monday 7th July, my bathroom fitters walked off site last week as they need the tray before tiles and heated floor can be started and it still has not been delivered. I am not allowed to collect it from the warehouse as its health and safety. Fitters are about to walk again for another job as they say when is going to arrive and I can not tell them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Kit is great but if anything goes wrong you are in a world of trouble.

Don't do it!!!

Surprised to see a few good reviews here as they are getting hammered on the other review sites. Wish I'd seen them before ordering! As trade I make multiple purchases every week these are one of the few terrible companies that gives Internet suppliers a bad name (as is plumbworld, so I wasn't surprised to find out they are one and the same). If you order palletised goods, your in no hurry and the goods are in stock (not the website says in stock because this actually means hopefully someone they buy off might have one) then hopefully you will recieve them in the near future as I had previously. If you order a smaller item their courier is as bad as them. If you require any technical advise or clarification on a misleading description then customer services are worse than useless. If you try at any cost to speed up your "in stock" purchase every response seems almost as if they are trying to be obstructive. If you wait in all day on the day they tell you the goods will arrive because there courier doesn't give time slots it still won't arrive. When your lucky enough to see your goods being unloaded from a rusty old van with no sign writing they will look like they have been kicking them around the warehouse for weeks since you ordered them and been sold and returned from someone who wasnt to bothered how it went back in the box. I made over a dozen orders with other companies that were recieved no problem between ordering and receiving these goods and a dozen phone calls trying to get hold of this one order. Good luck!! I won't use boundary or plumbworld again!!

Awful customer service and Management could not care any less!

Do not mean timelines discussed at order

Do not respond to complaints and queries, and the manager seems never to want to speak to anyone to resolve the issues. No wonder the customer service is awful if that is the example set!

Delivery lead times dreadful due to the fact they take ages to despatch!

Appalling customer care

Have arrived home to find a huge wooden double pallet blocking the pavement outside my house, a teenager inside crying because the delivery man dumped £2,000 of equipment on the pavement outside, and a group of neighbours with pulled muscles from rescuing her and dragging the enormously heavy stuff inside.

Boundary bathrooms response? Not our problem. You should have booked 'assisted delivery at checkout but you've got 30 days to tell us if anything is broken'.

Never again. Shambolic and completely undeserving of all it's good reviews. Soon as they have your money they cease to care. Should be ashamed.

Lovely bath panel

Very pleased with bath panel. We have used Boundary Bathrooms in the past and found them good. We wish we had used them to purchase our new wash basin as we are still having a frustrating time trying to get a replacement for the faulty item delivered by another company.

Pricy postage to Scotland

Delighted with the purchase but shocked at the price of the postage to Scotland. Didn't pay much attention when ordering and only when completing the purchase noticed that I had been charged £10.50 for the delivery of a shower rail. It might have been I selected a more expensive option and if so, fine, my mistake and 5 stars too you

Worst Service Ever !!!

Have ordered a Shower System through Boundary Bathrooms. While the website committed the delivery in 5 days, they conveniently pushed the delivery date to 10 days later. When I followed up, they agreed to deliver it within next two days. Later on the date was again pushed by a week without anybody bothering to even inform me about that. 3 days wasted waiting for delivery and whole bathroom refurbishment work schedule upset because I thought of using this company. Sales team picks up when you call and says they don't have any view of your order, makes a note for customer service to call which never calls back. They do not give a damn about you or your projects. HIGHLY Disappointed.... NEVER AGAIN !!

NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL

Ordered a corner bath from the web site picture showing the exact bath I required, 3 weeks later a bath arrived the wrong hand, so sent back. A further 9 days the same bath arrives back, wrong again. Customer care does not exist, if it gos wrong beware.
Takes several days to answer e mails, no one gives a care over your order. The goods may be good, but the company is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Finally after a month of e mails I have been told to re -order....NEVER
I have just finished building a brand new house with hundreds of deliveries and orders placed around the world....this company is the worst.

BEWARE DO NOT USE.......for your own sanity

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

To cut a long, complicated story short, I have had a nightmare with Boundary Bathrooms. They don't return calls, you get random emails from people that make no sense and they don't really appear to know what they're doing. My experience was that bad that I felt compelled to email the MD as he actually invites you to if you encounter problems and he hasn't bothered to contact me. His statement of "we provide the best customer service in the business and you can rest assured that, if you experience any problems, I will sort them out to your total satisfaction" is a complete joke. They're happy to take your money but not quite so happy to give it back. I am now in my 3rd week of waiting for a refund for part of an order that was cancelled after waiting a week an a half and an awful lot of messing about for it to be collected. The products are cheap but if I was paid for my time, wasted trying to get anywhere with this awful company then it would be the most expensive bathroom I have ever bought!!

Excellent service

The showroom at Warrington has fabulous displays and the staff I dealt with we're excellent. One of the products we ordered was faulty but the customer service team were excellent in resolving the problem. I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

I wouldn't use again

I ordered a bath and was told it would be delivered within 6 days. When it didn't arrive in this time I rang the company and was told it was in fact 7-10 days. The person on the phone was less than apologetic which was annoying. When the bath was finally delivered it was damaged and so had to be sent back. I rang the company to explain what had happened and was told that a representative would call me back. Instead of a phone call I received an email asking whether I would like a new bath redelivered. I explained that I would like a new bath, but would first need to know how long it would take. When someone finally got back to me they said that they couldn't give me a timescale as the product was no longer in stock and could take at least a month to delived.
All in all the customer service was appauling and the people were not very helpful. I have now cancelled my order and gone elsewhere!
