Outstanding prompt and efficient service.

We have been wireless broadband customers for 10+ years with very few issues. Yesterday our signal failed and, despite rebooting the router, no improvement. I emailed the support desk at 9.10 this morning (using phone 4G). A call back from the helpdesk offered a couple of alternative solutions, neither of which worked, so an engineer was despatched who arrived at 13.30 and quickly identified the problem (a failed adapter). The faulty adapter was replaced, signal checked at 30+mbps and all is back working fine. Outstanding prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Excellent all round

I live in an old stone built cottage in a rural location. We can’t get super fast broadband, and BT ( terrible service) and John Lewis broadband ( terrible broadband) have failed to get me anything more than 2MB speed.
Boundless has been brilliant - rapid response to initial email query and then phone enquiry, and engineer arrived on the booked day. He told us we needed to prune a few trees to guarantee good reception, and that due to the old stone walls we should invest in the Mesh booster system. We have had consistent 30MB speed ever since, and complete coverage of the house and garden.
Customer services are excellent, broadband service is excellent. A great company.

Once again outstanding technical…

Once again outstanding technical support from Dominic, Connor and their colleagues in sorting out my VOIP issues, mainly due to me being inept. The Uk based Boundless Technical Support and Customer Services are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Pointless not boundless!!

signed upto boundless 100mb package and stated they could provide a great service due to us been in close proximity to the mast. Wow how was we so wrong.the first engineer came and fitted the microwave dish turned out the engineer installed it pointing to the wrong mast.then we had to have another engineer to come out and to fit an antenna to the roof and broke a roof tile in the process boundless paid for the repair.then we had another engineer come out to fit another new antenna. Since getting boundless we’ve had nothing but trouble from start to finish and my honest opinion is don’t bother getting it the internet is always down and we’ve cancelled our service as its very unreliable. We was offered 3 months free service but even this wasn’t good enough because it was down more than it was up.this was a new mast that had been fixed up in a rural location which is bound to have a few issues.

The excuses told we’re:
1.your house walls are the cause of the problem.purchase a mesh kit from us at £75.00 to rectify the problem. No thanks!!
2.sky tv is causing the issue-even tho we was with BT prior and never had this issue.
3.states we are receiving the 100mbps package speed but when we do a speed test we was only receiving between 50-60mbps but don’t tell you that all the equipment operate on a 2.4ghz frequency. The modem is dual band and also operates on a 5ghz frequency where you will get your full speed but can only get this on a mobile device sat next to the router.
3.left all weekend with intermittent connection and a 12 month old baby in the house without heating due to our heating been controlled by WiFi was told by the customer service since Saturday that a senior was going to contact us it’s now Wednesday and still no one has contacted us.

Boundless state they have a 24 hour customer service centre in place but at 10:00pm your transferred to a call centre in Africa.

I wouldn’t recommend boundless to anyone they tell you a pack of lies and blame you for your connection issues. If you want to keep customers you need to provide better customer service and stop blaming your customers for the appalling service you give them.

Hopeless Communications Ltd.

Boundless have been unable to repair our landline despite numerous phone calls and two visits from an engineer and yet have had the gall to charge me 105 pounds for engineer call outs! They do not appear to have the technical expertise to provide a basic service which has been around for about one hundred years. I couldn't possibly recommend them.

Great service. Great support.

Like many people in rural areas I did not have access to an Internet service to the level at which I needed for both work and as a home life-line - Boundless Networks' services enabled me to consume the content that would otherwise be unavailable to me - so I signed up around 7 years ago.
But times have moved on. My area of the country does now have access to super-fast broadband. Have I moved away from Boundless Networks because of this? No.
I get the service I need from BN, at a fantastic price. I no longer require a home telephone line - normally a prerequisite for broadband. So that's nearly a £20/month cost avoidance immediately. Also the broadband services are more cost effective than others on the market.
Their technical support is great. I have had cause to contact BN on a couple of occasions to inquire why my service seemed slow, or because there was an outage. On one occasion it turned out that one of my machines was updating some software and doing some heavy downloads. Tech support helped point out what was going on. On another occasion I got a personal call back, on a Sunday night, to check if everything was okay again.
So in summary, I'm very pleased with the service, and the people behind it.

Sorry that this turned you off but we wouldn't want to offer someone a service that we are unable to provide them - we don't like to let our potential customers down in that way.

THE BEST customer service

Boundless have THE BEST customer service. If anything goes wrong they are super quick to fix it, and really friendly too. We even once had a visit from David Hood on his way home from work, who spent several hours with us trying to sort some interference problems. Such a great team - thanks!

perfect customer service AAA

I am a boundless customer since 6 years and overall very happy. Just had a problem on Saturday evening, raised a ticked and received a call back from Nick only 1 hour later. He talked me through procedures, very patient until we found the problem at my end.
Customer service could not be any better - thank you very much.

A terrible company with customer service to match.

Boundless is a service i have used for a few years, forced due to not having the option of Fibre.
Last year after struggling with a poor service, i was offered a massive boost to 100mb speed with a guaranteed 80mb.
I was sceptical as Boundless had struggled to provide 30mb previously, i responded to an email expressing interest and without confirmation the company signed me up for 2 years. A week later we discovered BT would be installing up to 900mb fibre in our area. It became clear why we had received the new offer from Boundless, i contacted them as i had not agreed to any new deal and had just been signed up for another 2 years. After speaking with them it was agreed the contract would be reduced to 12 months.

What has followed is 10 months of utterly appalling service for myself and the surrounding homes. My average speed has been 22mb and i have had three visits and 2 new hubs to try and resolve the issue.

Some of the excuses offered:

My home is too close to others
My TV interferes with the wifi
I am too far away (im sat in the same room)
The antennas on the close have different signals which affect each service.
And i am always told the speed is correct to the home despite never being able to see it.

Last week i got agreement from this company to cancel my contract and i had BT internet installed.

I now enjoy a constant, solid 150mb speeds. The engineer laughed when i told them the numerous excuses offered by Boundless.

I see numerous homes in my estate having BT installed and this number is growing. People have realised there is a superior alternative. This after the Boundless advisor informing me i will suffer the same problems if i switch to BT.

I am so happy i left this awful service, i am now commencing legal recovery action for payments i made over the last ten months for a service i never received.

Poor customer service
Poor product
Poor company.

We have investigated this many times for you and found that internal issues were the cause of the issues you were reporting. We have screenshots demonstrating 80Mb being delivered to the router - as sent to you previously.

It is true that being close to other homes can affect your connection due to interference, it is true that internal factors such as other WiFi emitting devices can affect your connection.

Our service in the area has provided a much-improved connection to the local people where FTTC was not able to, as you have mentioned there was no other provider available to you.

We are thrilled that Fibre-to-the-Premises is now available to you and your neighbours. This is a completely different service and technology that is capable of much faster speeds than any other method of delivery, but this fact does not imply a fault with our service.

We wish you all the best with your new Fibre connection.

GREAT INTERNET PROVIDER

Boundless is a really good Broadband and telephone service. Call are very cheap and the service by advisors is second to none.

Excellent broadband service

We have had Boundless Network's broadband system installed for a couple months now.

We have the 30mbps down / 10mbps up package. I am pleased to say that it performs exactly as claimed and is very consistent in network speed as well as having around 8-10ms ping time.

Everything from remote working, to web browsing and media streaming has been improved since having a standard BT ADSL connection.

Customer service has been excellent on the few occasions I have contacted them.

I also feel that the value for money with this service is great, especially considering the cutting-edge extra complexity of the satellite system.

It's rare that I'm motivated to write a…

It's rare that I'm motivated to write a review, life's too short, but the outstanding service I have had from Boundless deserves the highest praise, especially from a young man called John Nicholson.
I have been with Boundless since their early days, why?, because they were the least worst option available. My house is 8.6 km from the nearest exchange and phone line broadband was so slow as to be useless. Boundless came along and I thought they just had to be better - and they are.
However they are continually investing in their network and the quality and speed are improving.
Boundless recently suggested I change my access point to a recently installed closer one. Mark Wood came in terrible weather and installed a new dish and pole mounted access bracket for line of sight, great job. However the subsequent connection was faster but not consistent. A phone call to technical support got me through to John Nicholson and as he was working on a major infrastructure project in my area offered to call in person, excellent service. He configured everything with his equipment and advised on the house wi-fi network. The results are outstanding and I now continue to chose Boundless because they are the best and have the best people.

We originally set out to just get a connection to hard to reach areas, but like you mention, we are continually upgrading and improving so what was once the 'least worst' option, we now hope can compete and maybe one day become the 'most best' :D

The best Internet provider I've ever had.

I have been a Boundless Networks customer, for many years now, having tried various other mainstream ISP's. Until I discovered Boundless, my internet service provision was slow and unreliable, largely because I live out in the countryside. When I had to resolve issues I had to liaise with support staff that were 'offshore', which often caused communication difficulties. With Boundless that all changed. Due to the microwave technology they employ to deliver cableless broadband to my home, speed is always excellent and highly reliable. On the rare occasion I have had to contact Boundless to sort an issue, normally because I want to change my requirements, I am pleasantly rewarded by being able to speak with a helpful, UK based member of the Boundless team, always quick to understand my problem and going the extra mile to find a resolution.

By way of example, I recently bought a 2nd router to extend my area coverage into my detached garage. I thought connecting it up would be simple. How wrong I was. After many attempts to try to get it up and running, with the help of a very IT knowledgeable neighbour, all to no avail, I decided to call Boundless to see if they could help. I was put through to John Nicholson, an extremely helpful and friendly technical support member, who quickly grasped my issues and got the whole set up re-configured and up and running perfectly, all done remotely, within a few minutes. You can't get better service than that. It's why I've been with Boundless for years and why I wouldn't dream of changing my ISP provider now I've found Boundless. If I could give 10 stars I would.

John Nicholson - Well done, great service.

John Nicholson, in the Technical department at Boundless, was excellent when he dealt with a technical problem I experienced recently. I phoned him and within the hour he had solved the issue as well as been very kind, understanding and compassionate. Well done, I salute you! Great Service, Great Product

I have been a customer of Boundless for several years and have been delighted with the service. We only had 1Mb speed on our landline broadband being a remote rural property. Boundless were able to supply reliable fast broadband which transformed our lives. The service is every bit as good as normal broadband (ping 38, speeds consistently at or about the advertised level) and responsive customer service. We are forever grateful to them for allowing us to plug into the 21st century! Well recommended.

Great service from a great company
