Brilliant service, especially for remote areas.
We live in the countryside and our broadband had always been really slow and unreliable. This was regularly pointed out to us by our grandchildren, when they tried to use their electronic gadgets.
That all changed when we signed up to Boundless Networks. The installation was excellent; the engineer even painted the dish aerial to match the stonework - nice touch. We were up and running in next to no time.
We now enjoy fast, reliable broadband. Not only can we now watch streamed TV, but we can also video call our grandchildren (without losing the signal) - a saviour during this lockdown.
Needless to say, our neighbours have all followed suit and signed up to Boundless.

Great broadband and back up service
We've had Boundless for seven years. It's been ace and we always recommend it for stability of connection and customer service. If there are any hiccups (and our connections between two properties are slightly complicated), they get resolved in no time at all. Thank you, Boundless.

What a superb ISP. Really quick speeds and issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
I used to get woeful speeds on fixed line and I now enjoy stable super quick Internet.

20Mbps ? Not really!
We have 20Mbps contract.
Initially, this was good and when tested we got 20+ Mbps speed.
Now we get more like 9Mbps even with wired connection to the router.
When I raise a support ticket, the response is slower than it used to be and the resulting outcome is not really satisfactory.
If the service was consistently reliable, I would give 5 stars. It seems that 20Mbps is achievable but I think maybe they throttle back the signal strength?

Been with Boundless for 8 years in 2 different houses and it’s been faultless in that time. Quick, reliable, reasonably priced. Easy company to deal with. More than could be said about BT and Sky.
