Fantastic customer service from start to finish, we made a purchase in December. We made the purchase over the phone, went through all the necessary paperwork, was quick and easy. We knew delivery wouldn't be til the new year which wasn't a problem for us. The sofa had arrived this afternoon, we was told when it would be arriving at the beginning of the week. Delivery team was great too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family..

I visited Bourne Home Furniture and was delighted with the choice and quality of items on sale. I chose to buy a lovely 2 seater Verona Sofa. It felt amazing to have the diversity of choosing the textiles / fabric of my sofa and perfect blend of colours. The service was pleasant, friendly, informative and excellent. My goods were delivered carefully and in good time as promised. My sofa was just as expected. Beautifully made to my requisites.

Had sofa delivered today delivery guys were fab I paid extra for set up they took it into room of choice and also took packaging away with them
