I’ve just got 6 pairs of the trousers I love them.
I love the blouse but am disappointed because I wore it last week and when I took my coat off it was very creased. I considered returning it but I have washed it.

Happy with my experience
The jeans I bought were not a suitable fit for me, so I returned them. The process of returning an item was very straightforward and the refund was confirmed quickly. I bought a different pair of trousers instead and these fitted perfect. I am delighted with both the fit and the quality.

Very disappointed in the packing of one of the items which was so badly creased and put into the chest bag that I had thought it had been sent out without inspection after a return. I therefore did not even try it on.

We have re-packaged most of our linen from the Italian supplier as their quality control was not up to scratch and I apologise that one slipped though the net. The size of the Tops & blouse only up to 28?
I have always had a great service from Box 2. However I am disappointed Because the tops/blouses are only up to a size 28.
Please can we have larger sizes
