Great company,great sales ,great underwear ,love the box wear undies I’m addicted to them from briefs ,trunks ,jocks ,thongs etc I’m 67 and like to look good in the company of men who comment on my underwear

I have brought so many items of this company i must have about 30 pairs of jocks on it own, as well as shorts, tops, bottoms, socks and underwear slippers. I love them even with being a larger man i find them very sexy and also they get great models to show them off. i started to buy these in dec 21/12/2023 even thou i can only put in 21/12/24 the last order at the moment is 27/9/2025. i will say that i only buy them when on offer as i do find them expensive for me if buying at the regular price. it would also be great with being a larger man if they did the singlets as i would love to try a pair on even with my gut.

I’ve got jocks, briefs, tangas and boxers.

Briefs are all the king fit design, great stretchy fabric that’s isn’t silly tight, wicks sweat away and sizes well. Only issue would be they are in fact a much higher rise than the models show off. I weren’t expecting this and tbf I am used to it now but I think it’s more than modelled ?

Boxers are great fot, hold their shape and wash well, the logos come off quick though.

I have 3 styles of jockstrap - the pouches are all spot on, sizes are good, very very well made whatever the fabric.
Only continuous issue I find - the straps loose their elasticity when worn for a while after, or after a good gym session etc, they don’t become floppy but they do indeed have a noticeable lack of tightness afterwards before being washed and reset.

But : I do recommend them, based on great value for money, superior fabrics, great design and overall superior fitment.

Ordered lots of product and only tried one pair on which were way too big. The elastic was baggy and doing nothing.
The reply from customer services was that nothing could be exchanged even though 5 items had not been opened.
I was willing to forfeit the one pair I had tried on. Not happy and probably won’t order again sadly.

Fabulous underwear. Myself and my husband have been buying all our underwear and socks from Box for years and have never, ever been disappointed. Thank you guys - keep doing what you do well.

As alway this company never fails to deliver good service and produce,I love the variety of fits in the underwear there is something for everyone and once ya find ya fit you won’t look back,my only disappointment on my last delivery was some garments arrived in plastic sleeves which isn’t eco friendly.

Have been buying Box products for 7 years. Customer service has always been excellent and wearing shirts, underwear or swim trunks always feel good.

£60 on underwear for half of them to be poorly fitting or poorly designed.

I ordered 7 pairs of underwear, 1 I can't wear due to poor design, 4 of them kinda fit but not very well; baggy where they should be form fitting.

Also, who decided on the label design. I'm sure it works fine on briefs and boxers, but thongs and jocks shouldn't have the label sticking out...

The sizing is inconsistent, a M brief might fit but then I need to get a S jock, even though the size guide says I should get M for both.

I think it's interesting you can't review products on their site.

My friend always buy his boxers from Box and told me to try. So I got some I got a issues and I have to contact customer service and Warren was 5 stars helping me. And I definitely recommend buy from box they are so comfy so relax.

Excellent customer service. I received a product that was not quite as I had expected. Though it was my own fault I had not read the description fully. But Warren the customer service representative that handled my case sent me a replacement product of my choice which arrived very quickly. A very happy customer and relived there is still good customer service left by some companies!
