Mostly great service
Mostly great service, but whenever things can't be done online, it takes a while. I had to be called back 5 times over the course of a week before my policy got renewed.

Pleased with product overall
Pleased with product overall - reasonable price and the box device doesn't seem to be overly sensitive/punitive (allows for occasional accidental drift over speed limit and one or two sudden stops). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the limit to three insured people on the policy - it would be useful if my mum could be added too, just for convenience as I'm still on an L plate.

I have been with Boxymo for more than 6…
I have been with Boxymo for more than 6 years never had problems. Whenever you need to contact them which is via chat or email or phone always get response back even sometime not get through phone immediately there is always someone to call you back and follow up with your case.
They deal with your problem professionally and one month prior your insurance expired they send you a proposed quote according to the km you made previously and there is always an option to change the km proposed and they have flexible payment option which I found very practical.

Very bad insurance company, STAY AWAY!! very inaccurate in counti g the km after you have to purchase more, very difficult to get an actual print off of km travelled from the box installed in your car, as I questioned this my message were not being sent. Honestly I woukd advise you not ro go with boxymo.
