Our premiums are based on the details provided to us at the quotation stage, however, we will monitor your driving and may reward safer driving. However, should your driving scores be lower, this may also affect your premium. In relation to the text message about moderate speeding events, these would be warnings about instances of an insured vehicle being driven above the speed limit where the information was recorded; excessive or persistent speeding events may lead to policy cancellation and the texts are to warn to avoid future such events.

While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.
