Boxymo are very cheap and that's the only thing you can say positive about them. I called their helpline to ask about switching insurance from me to my sister and after several menu choices it tells you "We prefer to do things online..go to our website" and disconnects my call. I go to the website and I can't find anything to answer my query, so I go online chat and the operator won't - I mean actually refuses to tell me what cancellation charges are to switch policies- she tells me to go to their website, which I do and neither I nor my sister could find it there because their website is awful and poorly designed. As long as you don't need your car insurance to be adapted, changed or God help us make a claim on it. Car Insurance is a necessity that you want to limit to as low a cost as possible, so Boxymo are the cheapest out there and people will continue to buy their product as we did for this reason alone. Begrudgingly. Awful service and customer focus is non-existent.

We would not be able to change the policy during a policy term and we would not be able to confirm cancellation charges but if you select to cancel your policy online it will state what your return would be before you confirm you cancelation. All cancellation charges are stated in the terms of business and if you are looking a new business quote you would have to get the quote through our website. Calculate yearly mileage!!
Great company, but be aware, when they ask you how many miles a year you are going to use, be honest and really try and calculate your usage, if you don’t the top up price is shocking! No matter how good a driver you are you will not earn enough kilometres to make up the shortfall!

Insurance is way cheaper for a new driver, like wayyyyyy cheaper and the renewal I have just done was easy. It was hard in the beginning getting all the things they needed in the time frame allocated as I had a problem with my logbook but they did extend my time after alot of online texting. Its worth it for the money I saved though. My 1st year quote was 1700 cheaper then other companies. This year it 550 cheaper then other companies so its still a saving.
