Made a mistake on a form,asked for the chat log with agent be taken as proof, but wouldn't, asked to fax a document which no one has a fax so had us running wrong. A simple mistake that we would have corrected in any way they wanted but instead said no can't continue

Cheapest insurer out there..
Everything is done online and to be fair they are far cheaper than any other insurer for a 1st time driver..black box fitted so you know the drivers behaving themselves.
