We have used Caroline Sugrue at BP Collins conveyancing team twice, once on a purchase of a flat and once on a house sale. Both transactions brought up some very tricky issues which Caroline dealt with brilliantly and very efficiently. I would certainly use her again and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

From my initial call to BP I was met with calm, kind and efficient responses. I expressed the urgency and importance of my situation and within 30minutes Dominic Beirne was holding my hand and helping me address the legal process I was involved with. He was utterly brilliant never demonstrated any judgement but insisted “we are on your side, we will look after you”. I was immediately comforted and despite the devastating impact the legal process was having, Dominic kindly supported me whenever I needed.

Attention to detail. Support throughout the process. Sensitivity to parenting issues

We recently used BP Collins, specifically, Nicola Newton, for our house sale and purchase. She was excellent throughout the process with high attention to detail, extremely thorough reports, and very quick in her work - and also easy to contact for quick questions! I was particularly impressed that she was preparing our final report from day 1, so that it didn’t take weeks to come to us after all the searches had been returned. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nicola again, or to refer BP Collins to friends.

We are hugely grateful for Craig Williams' (and Ella Goldsmith's) assistance. Their advice and assistance was clear, always prompt and overall made a stressful set of circumstances significantly more manageable. We would not hesitate to instruct them again.

Horrible lawyer called Caroline Sugrue. She was rude, antagonising, did not read or adhere to the divorce court order in trying to extract her fees from the settlement first which would have caused her other instructred client to lose her home.

I had to get another external senior partner to correct her as she wouldn’t take from me that she was wrong. She declined to give a fee breakdown until I got said partner to tell her she should. At the very end she wouldn’t transfer my equity unless I sent her fees. If I am paying you fees I expect a breakdown and if I am paying you fees I am your client! This was on a conveyance on a divorce that I had to pay half the fees for their main client my ex wife. Either way I paid fees to your firm this review stands!

Yes extortion again! I sent the fees and I will be complaining to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) about this appalling conduct!
