The receptionist harrasses neighbours her partner smokes countless amounts of weed and blames other residents. There dog constantly barks and yaps at all hours of the night and day. She has corrupted the system to help aid a vulnerable young lady to loose her home shame on her! Sack the hypocritical poor excuse of a grown woman

Bad council department

I know people from that place, and those people from bracknell housing department are racists and bully people on the phone call. Those people are only for the money and not for the people.

Power to people because this must be stopped. Those racists

Elena the Housing officer is the most…

Elena the Housing officer is the most despicable excuse for a human being there is!

Tonight she just put a vulnerable homeless girl of 21 years old on the streets in sub-zero temperatures, an ex care system girl with valid reasons to be here and a documented health condition causing her to not be able to work but has seizures through the stress. Stress that this heartless council exacerbated.

BFC has a duty of care for a medically vulnerable person in their jurisdiction to fulfill. Elena who has the privilege of working from the warmth of her home, had the nerve to gaslight this young girl that she "isnt vulnerable enough". How much more vulnerable would they like a young girl to be?? Elena left her crying and not even had the courtesy to show up in person at the council offices at close of business on a Friday but relayed the appalling news to her, in a sadistic manner, over the phone.

THREE times this young girl has wasted time & money she doesnt have, this week of her end of tenancy, being told to come back only to be treated with this utter lack of regard.

Then Elena had the contemptuous audacity to wish her a "good weekend" knowing full well she has nowhere to go. No wonder people are committing suicide if this is how they are treated. Well this cowardly bully of a woman can hide behind the phone all she likes but we will be taking this further!!

Oh & have a lovely weekend too, Elena!

Psychopaths

In my honest opinion, the people that work in Bracknell Forest Council's housing department are psychopathic.
