Oh, where to begin with this epic saga of the vanishing quote? Imagine Indiana Jones, but instead of searching for the Lost Ark, you're hunting down a simple price quote. It all started when I requested a quote—naively assuming it would be a straightforward process. How wrong I was.

Day 1: I sent my request and eagerly waited. Maybe they were handcrafting the quote on a stone tablet? Who knows?

Day 3: Still no sign of the quote. Perhaps it was stuck in traffic? I decided to follow up. My email was like a desperate lover's letter, wondering why they hadn't written back. No response.

Day 5: Another follow-up. Maybe they're printing the quote with a vintage Gutenberg press? Still nothing.

Day 7: At this point, I felt like a detective piecing together clues. Did they lose my request? Was there a quota on quotes? Were the quote fairies on strike?

Day 9: I finally get a response! But it’s as vague as a politician’s promise. “We’ll get back to you shortly.” Shortly, they said. I almost believed it.

Day 12: I’m chasing this quote like a dog chasing its tail. By now, I’m wondering if this is just a preview of their service. If it takes this long to get a quote, I shudder to think how long it would take to get the actual product.

Day 15: The quote finally arrives, but at this point, it feels like I’ve aged a decade. I decided to pass on their offer because, let’s be honest, if they can’t even produce a quote without a wild goose chase, I don’t have high hopes for their actual products.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a fun adventure, by all means, request a quote. But if you’re looking for efficiency and professionalism, you might want to keep searching. Or bring snacks. You’re going to be waiting a while.

Till this day I haven’t received any stock every time I call the number I get a text message saying sorry we may be in a meeting or responding back to message, then to email
The two designers have long left the company due to money issues

Package came when it did and was a smooth process will be ordering again, and the quality of the hoodies I received were great 👍🏾

The delivery was quick (no problems). However these joggers are not oversized! They are definitely a skinny fit. This was just from holding them up. The hoddie is a great fit, but these joggers are so disappointing. Also the packaging doesn't have any returns details.

Sent me out a dirty tshirt and ignored my emails ever since I made them aware. Shocking customer service so I’d avoid at all costs and buy clothing elsewhere.

Placed order 30th June. Still not received items. Branded have used Evri which don't respond to enquiries on delivery. Been in touch with Branded who have been very slow to reply and feels as if they are trying to avoid the issue. My parcel status says delivered however when i have been to collect my parcel the parcel shop have said that they don't have it. I now cannot see my full tracking details as the postcode i am supposed to be receiving the parcel at is now incorrect.

I usually order the same thing but this time they changed the material. It feels cheaper. The fit has also changed and not consistent with the measurements, for example a medium will be a bit longer with the other medium.

Great providers! Quality and prices are amazing! I would 100% recommend. I would suggest emailing as calling is not always available as they’re so busy! Shipping is fast and I have great customer experience and have great feedback from this company. Was just on the phone to a man who kindly took his time to sit down with me and discuss any issues I had and what we could both do for future business with one another! Highly recommend! I would say, do not be so quick to judge! 5 stars are well earned! Will be shopping with you again very soon!

Very comfy and cheap

Coming up to a month now since I’ve expected my order but have yet to receive anything. Haven’t even received an update from the seller to explain what the issue is.

Have called on multiple days, sent emails and used the chatbot on their website to chase it up and have got absolutely no response whatsoever on all occasions.

Brilliant website which I ve discovered recently,and very pleased with my shopping and prompt service and delivery .
