Don't trust this company. They have scammed me for 99usd for the past 4 months. Not willing to refund me the money even when I have requested that 30 days after trying their service. They keep charging my card every month. The Gucci products they offer are purchased from the Gucci outlet stores in Italy. Meaning that you can buy the items cheaper directly from the brand. The other inventory they offer is limited in size and the crazy high shipping fees they have won't allow you to make any profits. Skip this company at all costs.

Dishonest supplier. They avoid all communication and push all the problems back to their customer. For some reason it's my fault that they deliver the wrong products. Do not use their service, there are 2 other suppliers that offer much better selection, prices and services.

I bought a dropshipping service in a warehouse. Before buying in the warehouse system, there is a different offer available than after dropshipping. Lack of any information on the website, only after a week's intervention, they put information about the unavailability of products. Contact after a week. Questions are not answered if there is a problem. No telephone conversation possible. As long as you buy it's okay until there is a problem when they don't care. No refund despite the lack of information on the website !!! Thieves!

i had a problem with the installation of thei app bdroppy, and they helped me to fix it. And they have really huge variety of branded products for dropshipping 🙂

This online scam company is run by Italian mafia ladies who are very skillful in luring and taking your hard-earned cash by way of offering a bogus wholesale designer brand fulfillment warehouse. Don't fall for their bait. I lost $1000+ I tried to pursue legal action but the cost was more than lost funds so decided to let go. They will soon catch up with karma. STAY AWAY DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

They are scammers and will have to acknowledge their harm.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The worst dropshipping company ever! Brandsdistribution went downhill so they created the Bdroppy another Scam platform which is even worst.

Prices are too high to make a real profit. They don't have significant quantities for a real dropshipping business. Most of the quantities are 1-2 items per size, so even if you make a sale you will end up with a refund because someone just purchased that item. At the moment they have 13 products by Prada and in total 14 item ( 12 products with 1 item instock and 1 product with 2 items instock ) Also all items are totally out of date - collections are 3-4 years old. Some of the brands, no one ever heard about out of Italy.

Express shipping is too expensive, regular shipping is too slow. Regular shipping well takes 2-3 weeks within the EU which is totally unacceptable.

Horrible to do business with, customer service just doesn't exist! Honestly it doesn't exist such a thing. If you have any question and you send them an email, you will have to wait days after days in order for your email to be answered with a scripted messages or irrelevant answers with poor translation from italin to english by Laura or Lucyna. They love you until you pay them and then they keep giving you rubbish customer service, low stock quantities, rubbish stock and for sure you will lose you money.

I'm in eCommerce business since 2006 but I've never dealt with such a scammers since I sign up my subscription for an year. I would never recommend Brandsdistribution or Bdroppy to anyone. They are scammers who are constantly looking for people to take their money and provide a very poor service for a ridiculous amount.

TOTAL SCAM!! NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED AND THEY TOTALLY DISAPPEARED AFTER THE PAYMENT OF €99 WENT THROUGH, NOT ANSWERING EMAILS, CALLS, OR MESSAGES! BE WARE

Terrible service and business model from brandsdistribution. Their selection is not bad, but they have way to many resellers online. My best guess would be 3000+. I signed up to their service 2 months ago and quickly noticed that everyone is running down the prices where on many items I would make a loss. But I guess that's what happens when the company only focus is to cash in from their subscription of 990€. And that is also the reason why it takes 2-3 weeks to get a reply from them. If you check their youtube/ads case success studies, it's their own employees acting as successful dropshippers LOL. Talking about how many millions you can make in just a few days. Just selling another dream with a scam behind it.

Very poor service and bad company and I advice no one to use this service. Paid for the website service for one year and it never worked for more than 2weeks. Spent more time complaining than I did on the site. The solution offered was to pay more for a better service. Do not use there website service

I have written below (on Friday) after receiving my website, 10 hours latter it was no longer operational, I have contacted them Friday and since they do not work on the weekend (that they should have a minimal support at least for technique problems) ...I was expecting at least Monday to receive an answer, today is Wednesday, 6 days latter and I still have no answer, so I decided to make my website on my own with another server since it is unthinkable that a business can work without its main tool which is the website.
And honestly, I doubt that many of the reviews that appear here raving about customer service are real.

A fraudulent company! bypass these deceivers! The service they sell does not work automatically, as they say, if you change prices for at least one product, the entire system freezes for several days, the catalog is not automatically updated, prices are higher than buying at retail for many products, when you ask the question when they will fix it, understandable You don't get an answer, all the time answers are off-topic. We're just losing money. We launched an advertisement for the site, but it turned out that the product was not updated, and what we advertise has long been out of stock, the site constantly freezes, pages do not load, there are always some empty sections on the site, the contact service does not communicate or respond a week later, but without giving a clear answer to my questions. The contract does not provide for after-sales support, but they initially sell you a substandard product that DOES NOT WORK! Our site has not been working at all for 4 days and so far no one has contacted me and answered my questions. I think it makes sense to file a class action lawsuit from all the victims against these scammers, so that they reimburse not only the expenses incurred, but also the lost profit due to the not working service that they sell and advertise throughout Europe.I created a group in which we collect evidence from all the victims for the subsequent filing of a class action. No basic understanding of customer service and completely incapable to deal with issues. I bought the website from them last year with a one-year drop shipping service included. When my subscription was about to expire, I texted them asking how to extend it. I got a reply that it will be extended automatically when I pay. I confused and paid for a different plan, so they deleted my website. When I asked what to do to get my website back, they said if I pay for a new plan they will restore it (the money I paid by mistake is not refundable, of course). I didn't want to lose all the work I put into my website in one year, so I paid again. After my payment, they emailed me telling me it's not possible to restore my website, but they will make a new one. I told them I don't want a new website, but they didn't care, just said money is not refundable and this is how it works in their company. I had to open a dispute via the payment provider to get a refund. I have 4 more websites, all with different suppliers and different hosting services, and I never had so many problems. The worst service I've ever experienced. It looks they just want to get your money, not to build lasting business relationships.

They remove brands without further notice to a new level - to make more profit for themselfs. If you invested in marketing for that product they lough at you.
No refund to your customer when they return the product - you pay the customer.
When they finally have a good product they have only 2 in stock in x-small.
Read the terms and conditions - so smart - too smart. They want your money - but not to work with you and help to make a good business together with you. No win/win here - but Brandsdistribution win only.

Their bdroppy plugin works pretty good, but it's their customer service and shipments that are a nightmare.
The first few orders went smooth, but as soon as issues develop they ignore you. They had shipped out the wrong item to my customer and refused to have the return shipping arranged. When I had asked them if they will cover the cost of return shipment they said no. Now I have a pissed off customer and I need to cover all the costs for their mistake. This isn't the only headache I have had with them. For anyone considering their service think twice before signing up.
