I read a lot of coments about customer service and for me it really makes a difference who answers my mail.
For now only Francesca actually take things in her hands and answers very helpfull,professional and fast.

Ive been using bdroppy for a month now

Ive been using bdroppy for a month now, what I would to highlight is at least lower down their shipping fee, as we dropship we have to lower our shipping fee so customers would order to us, hopefully they will work on this one. Second is put more versatile products inside such as perfume.nevertheless, i love bdropy app works on my shopify easy to use, not so difficult. Love their apps! And also their customers service is quite fast, i think the negative reviews give them such reasons to be better. Thank u Bdroppy! Hopefully more other brands such as LV, Fendi, Chanel! In the future!

If I could give them -100 stars rating…

If I could give them -100 stars rating I would. Terrible, terrible people!! I have subscribed with a presumption that I will have 15 Days free trial to test the app and their service and when I provided my PayPal details they charged my account for 89 EUR! When I contacted them about it they were playing dum and claimed that I have subscribed via their website instead their app, which when I installed in my store and wanted to start using it gave me an option subscribe via "BrandsDistribution" website or subscribe via App, I naturally chose the website so I can fill in all my profile details!! I waited for 4 days for them to respond and when they finally did I saw that they have terminated my subscription and refused the REFUND ME IN FULL. I am still contesting that and will definitely insist that they refund me! As far a the APP is concerned its total rubbish: - It is laggy
- It doesn't sync the qty's correctly
- It doesn't import the price comparison correctly
- Full of bugs
- The product description that they claim to have in 14+ languages is obscure to say the least, and also incorrect in most cases.
- SUPPORT IS NON EXISTING My final advice to all of the people considering using these SCAMMERS would be PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ANY COST and save your hard earned cash and your selves from headaches! SHOPIFY SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM SHOPIFY APP STORE.

STAY AWAY FROM BRANDSDISTRIBUTION

This company is just a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. They never answer any support requests. I don't care how professional your website looks or how many webinars and youtube videos you publish. At the end of the day you need to answer your customers questions. My suggestion to anyone planning on using their service, is to just don't!!!

Horrible to do business with

It's the second year that I'm working with Brandsdistribution.com and the first year went pretty well.
I can't say the same now, mostly due to your lack of communication. It takes days to have an answer from, when you reply even! And if you do, most of the replies are standard. I'm trying now for almost a month for someone to understand my issue and no luck! It's shameful and not a way to do business! You really need to improve your customer service, it's not serious what you're doing now. I'm very unhappy with the service! Is it that difficult to understand that I need you to change my role from standard user so I can have access to your catalog export page on Brandsdistribution.com??? I need to download a CSV file with all the current offer because the plug-ins on woocommerce do not download the images links! And you only have a catalogue export page on Brandsdistribution.com and not on bdroppy!! Please help out solving this, I'm tired of explaining it to you. If you don't understand it, give me a call or find someone who knows what I'm talking about!!!!!!!!
Update
After a lot of emails, now I know that in order to be able do download a CSV file containing the products infos, service that I always had, I have to pay an extra 299€!!! Not serious at all.
And after they checked my website, now the Wp-cron has been disabled (they are the only ones who have access to it) which is crucial to run plug ins related to marketplaces! I have emailed them about this... Let's see how long it will take for them to solve it, if they do....
UPDATE
Still waiting for the Wp-cron to be enabled and still no access to download a CSV file... Well and no replies obviously!!!!!!!

please stay away from this Comapny

You might consider thinking twice before choosing to work with this company for many reasons:

1- if you have any question and you send them email you will have to wait at least 1-2 days in order for your email to be answered with a scripted messages or irrelevant answers.

2- in their AGB they said that they issue a credit note after 10 days from receiving the product. and guess what I already have refunds that they received 2 months ago and every email, they just ask me to wait and it will take some time and until now I still have to wait, there are no other options.

3- We paid for a product that never got delivered instead cancelled despite payment, which got us in trouble with our end customers. and my email never got answered and my money never came back

I think you will have a very difficult time dealing with them, they just want to promote their Services, without any consideration to the values that they pretend to hold dear.

All you need as a dropshipper, you will not find it here: refunds, credit notes, small inventory and customer service.

Happiness working with Bdroppy

When I read some negative comments, there may be some truth. At the beginning in august 2020, my site was very slow as a turtle because I had more than 5000 products + my plugins. customer support advised me to take the technical support option for $ 200 and in addition will change my internet plan to speed up my site. It may be a good choice but I turned to another less expensive host. Why?especially to have easy access to my back end interface to better manage my plugins and my front end. So I did a migration of my entire shop and today all the problems I had at the beginning are all resolved! I am very satisfied and also for the branded products of Bdroppy. Although the stock for some products is quickly depleted, but the customer still has a lot of choice to find their gem. Maybe Bdroppy staff can increase their stock especially for some best selling products. I just give some suggestions for those who met the same issues like me, i'm just a dropshipper, no family relationships with Bdroppy, no fake reviews, I apologize to the team for my unpleasant attitude at the start of my business. My last comment, you will not find a site building plan with branded products and plugin for less than 700 euros (current promotion price), just to be honest, so thanks to Bdroppy for this business strategy. But i'm sure in the future things are going better with new options from Bdroppy. Thanks

Great wholesalers.

I have done more than 10 transactions this year and each time I have been supported by a great staff and the items are sent to me promptly and accurately. This is a wholesale company that I know I will be doing business with for many years to come.

Avoid these con artists like the plague!

Same as everyone else here with exactly the same problems. They love you until you pay them and then they keep giving you rubbish customer service and everything else especially a website that doesn't work 99.99% of the time where it takes forever to load if at all! They don't own up to the fact that what they provide is just not up to basics even and without a website fully functional, fully up to speed with competitors for say brands of same nature, then all you are doing is wasting your money as these conmerchants won't take responsibility nor give you back your money either. The have an escape clause for everything and you'll be left a lot of money out of pocket as you cannot rely on the site to work. No body could do business with this. No customers would use a site that takes minutes to load or maybe not all. Complete waste of time and money! Be very careful around their terms and conditions as a lot of them are actually in breach of EU law to suit themselves. Only way you get your money back from this crowd is go to court!

One of the best amongst the current market

We have been using Brandsdistribution I would say for around 4-5 months now. They supply a range of amazing latest seasonal products that you would most likely see lacking for most other designer wholesale drop shippers.

We have found great amount of success with them, with orders being nearly instantanously dispatched to our customers and their app is really on point for live dynamic sychronisation which is amazing to setup margins etc.

I would say though, the only aspect that is difficult to deal with any dropshippers is the returns. Brandsdistribution allow a very good policy for this as well, but for anyone living outside the EU and dealing returns can be difficult for the prices and extended return periods due to Covid-19 but that is out of their control and it is up to you on how you deal with your policies with your customers.

Overall, I really recommend them, I hope they keep expanding their catalog. I really look forward to more luxury brands added!

No Profits To Be Made

They have average selected brands and products, the biggest issue are their high VAT and Shipping fees. If a pair of Fila sneakers retail at 100euro and their selling it to me at 40euro. They charge 20euro to ship and add a 22% vat charge on it. The sub-total is 74euro. Leaving me 26 euro to make a profit if I want to sell it at the same price as the original retail price. But ebay, amazon, shopify, paypal etc take all commission as well. In I average I have been making between 2.5-7euro profit per order without considering the marketing cost. I would need to process at least 500-700 orders per month to make the same as a 9-5 job. This is the reason why I'm rating Brandsdistribution with 1 star.

we don't know if you are already one of our customers, but something in your calculation needs to be specified.
First of all we would like to specify that Vat is not "our" as you write.
If you are a EU company with a registered Vat number YOU DON'T PAY VAT TO US but directly in your country, you pay the Vat to us just in case you act like an EU private person.
If you are not an EU customer then YOU DON'T PAY VAT TO US.
Our shipping fees start from 4.90€ depending of course on final destination and weight.
We don't know which is you country but if the price is so high maybe you are not in Europe, and you should cut Vat from your calculation.
In any case, we are open to help you in finding the right solution and show you that the margin is not the one you are talking about.

Questionable

Not sure if the issue technically is with these or go daddy. But this service shouldn’t be glammed up to sell to a novice.... unless you have a degree in IT or happy to spend £ks for a personal web designer I would not do recommend it to anyone.. as both companies tech support is totally rubbish, useless, to none existent

Terrible company to deal with no communication, no reply to emails, or the the chat feature, they dont call you back, so they have decided to reply to this message, well this is a first. Sham company who take your money and run. Stay clear and look for alternatives

No refunds offered

I want to give a HUGE WARNING to anyone considering this company as a dropship supplier. After I received my first return request from a customer, I was informed that brandsdistribution doesn't offer a direct refund, but instead adds the credit on your brandsdistribution account. Meaning that I need to pay out of my own pocket for the return until I get a new order. For being a startup, it's important that a refund is made, the order value was near 200€.
Here is what is written on their terms and service:

The refund is provided in credit form on the User's profile within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the product. The credit is visible at the bottom of the User's profile account page.

The credit is automatically deducted when a new order is placed.

The credit is available for 2 years following the issuance of the credit note.

Be careful and read their terms and service. Also getting approval for a return took over 2 weeks and their customer support is just offline all the time.

We allow returns up to 20 days from purchase date, for any reason.
We create a credit from which following orders can be deducted and we allow the credit to be used for 2 years.

We always invite to read the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with the purchase to avoid this kind of discontent.

When a customer wants to stop the collaboration with us, an effective refund of the credit will be definitely made.

Great service!

I've been waiting to post this review, I wanted to check out the whole process first.
I am a beginner in this business but, I have always been a little entrepreneur.

I was attracted by the possibility of not only selling my products on Amazon but of expanding my offer with some fashion products.
For 99 € a month I decided to give it a try and started posting some products.
I just renewed the service and last week I sold my first 3 products.
obviously not a lot, but for me, it's a great start.
