This is the most horrible and unprofessional company you’ll ever do business with. My advice run!!!.

I would like to thank all BrandsDistribution team because I have discovered a new great business thanks to them and I found out what a professional and well organized business they have built to deliver such services to people like me. With several bad organized companies in the online world, BrandsDistribution is giving me the best support ever. Let's say also that they have more than 15 years of experience in the e-commerce world, another reason to be a trusted company to work with. I would advice anyone interested in an e-commerce business to go with BrandsDistribution.

I started working with them because I wanted to develop my knowledge that was only theoretical. From my point of view the service is great, it is not the first of its kind that I used, even the assistance is excellent. Clearly you have to put in your skills, you don't just click two times and start earning money. But in the end, at two years from when I started, I can say I'm satisfied because what matters is constancy and continuous improvement.

Well they nearly had me!! After reading through the reviews I just cant commit to a drop shipper that has as many negative reviews as positive,just too risky. I know theres always a risk with dropshipping but when your dealing with a company that's shipping from outside of your own country with all the regs etc and add to that the UK is about to leave the EU I see a future that can only get worse not better. Of course this is just my take on things and i could be completely wrong but I'm not willing to take the chance. As with most things in life hindsight is a wonderful thing and maybe the dropship has already sailed.

the support service never works as it should, they even block emails so you can stop us from communicating , I find it so strange , but when it comes to register and pay then they show ythemselves available, only to not becompletely efficient.

Best luxury brand dropshipper this far as far as price, products and shipping time. Hoping they'll add Louis Vuitton soon. Customer Service always replies within 24 hours and new products are added almost daily. My Shopify store gets a lot more traffic since adding them.

There are a lot of haters who shouldn't be dropshipping or running websites complaining based on my personal experience, 4 stars. The CS isn't amazing but that isn't what I'm paying for. What I do pay for is the supply and that my customers always get their stuff shipped to them quickly which always happens without fail. Every now and again a package gets stuck in customs but that is part of using an out of country supplier. If you know what you are doing they are good to go, but they are a service suited for experts not beginners in the eCommerce arena.

They steal money !!!! After buying the bdroppy service, I wanted to cancel my subscription but my credit card was nowhere to be found, so I decided that he would not charge me for the next month. Unfortunately, I trusted them too much because they took my money from the card without my consent !!! I wrote to them 10 minutes after this event and they told me that they would not give me my money. Scandal!!!! Disrespect for people.

The worst technical support in the internet world. I paid the package (FULL - Annual Subscription) € 990, I have a problem and they have not responded to the support tickets for the last 20 days. I made a second ticket and got no answer. When there is no support you lose your money.

I was going to start dropshipping with brandsdistribution.com, but After seeing large no. of hurted people, also in recent scenario. I will not start here without surety from brandsdistribution.com

Unfortunately, I'm joining everyone that has had a negative experience with brandsdistribution and bdroppy. I took the risk on joining their dropship program but I wish I had researched them online before. Their turnkey solution is just ridiculous and they should be ashamed for offering that service. All the turnkey websites are under the same hosting, the loading time is crazy long. They never repsond to any of my requests and it took 6 weeks longer than what they promised. The results were a slow website with bugs everywhere. I decided to close the website since there was no point on trying to make a honest income if nothing is working. They took my 1400€ and laughed at me!!!

So far so good with this company. I am only just starting out with them but their product selection and management for integration with my website is good. I like the updates I can make. Next test will be orders, turnaround and quality. Will update as I experience.

Don't bother! I have tried to contact with them several times. I have set up a meeting 3 times but I have no answer. After reading all comments I am glad that I have decided not to invest my money into this drop shipping company!
As much as I was excited to be able to sell brands I am very disappointed with the level of service! And I didn't even start with them. Imagine once you have put your money into it! Save your time! and money of course! Soon there will be other brand companies who will outrun them!

bad customer service, i wrongly paid for subscription for a an app they have that was not finished yet, then they told me its not compatible with shopify ,when i asked for refund ,i received an email saying its non refundable.
as for their website i did subscribe several times with zero sales,because their products are all over the internet, so i don't know if its legit.

Been working with brandsdistribution for almost 3 months now and it's have only been nightmares from day one. I purchased their turnkey solution and choose the Fashionista PREMIUM TEMPLATE proplan. Which cost me 1200USD.
The template is build on woocommerce which is totally fine, because I have previous experience in that, but the hosting they provide is worst I have ever experienced. The page loading time is 30+ seconds and I have tried reaching them for weeks to point out the issue, but never received a reponse with them.
It's impossible to run a successful online business if visitors need to wait 30 seconds for every page to load.
I understand that their business model is to sell as many "turnkey" solutions as possible, but you still need to provide a good solution and service around it.
Another negative point is that they are promoting that they have over 3,000+ dropship partners which they are proud of, but the problem with is that no matter what marketplace you connect too, there are hundreds of dropshippers selling the same items, and running down the price.

- My suggestion to Brandsdistribution is to improve their customer service, waiting weeks for a respond isn't a way to run a business.
- Improve your hosting. Impossible to run a business when the loading speed is from the late 90s.
- If you want to spam the world with your inventory, increase your selection.
