The staff very friendly and welcoming and patient.
The motability agent was very helpful from the start.
He explained the process and when I collected the car he explained new features on the car and helped set it up for me. This was a huge relief and gratefully accepted.

Exactly how a service should be.
From the smooth booking process to the call from the service team confirming exactly what I needed, everything was handled professionally. Everyone greeted me with a smile when I dropped off the keys, and I was met with more smiles when I collected the car. Excellent experience.

I booked a test drive for 13:30. 25 minutes late I was told by Danny, the guy I was to see "Sorry mate, I'm booking cars in." I did not hang around.

The entire sales process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Tony Johnson for providing such excellent service throughout. Highly recommended!

Everything was kept to the times stated and car was returned after being serviced and cleaned. Staff were on the ball and showed good customer care.

The salesman who greeted us instantly turned an ordeal into a positive experience, he was the only person to make eye contact with us when we walked into the showroom. Danny Marino gained our trust and then helped us to make a decision, everything was finalised quickly and effortlessly online. We later realised we’d purchased a car without even having a test drive! Though it was a newer model to our existing car and Danny made sure that during handover he talked us through all aspects of the car and it modern functions. He’s a brilliant ambassador to the company, his honest and smiling approach made a difference. The car is also delighting us with all its possibilities and it’s only 2 days old. Looking for a new or used car, go to Brayleys in Westcroft and ask for Danny, though you might find his enthusiastic smile first.

Was disappointed when I dropped my car off for a service, I mentioned that I was not local and was going to wait for the car, they made me wait until the end of the day. I dropped the car off at 8am and picked it up 4:45pm. Over 8 hours and they made a note and were aware of me hanging around.

This was the first time I'd purchased a new car. Apart from the slight hiccup when the original sales person decided to leave the company with no notice, which meant our order had to be allocated to another member of the team, it was a fairly straightforward process.
The handover by Danny was the most comprehensive one I'd ever seen, so 5 stars to him!!

It's a waste of money they apparently check many points in your car and each year change oil or filter etc ,depends...also wash and hoover properly...but honestly it's my second time with Dacia and I don't know if is the quality of the parts especially in pad breaks or discs but two times in June 2021 and August 25 they should reported something about that they didn't and next year always the discs has gone in 15000 miles and 2 two year consequences better for them you must pay 400-500 pounds for new discs and pads and a new car with less than 2 years old ....it's basically frustrating

I was looked after so well by James Turner at the Milton Keynes office. The Scenic I have had from new is 25 years old, so a lot of things have changed in that time. James was exceptionally helpful to me, explaining all the gadgets on the Dacia Duster, how everything worked. He didnt rush anything. It didnt matter if I asked silly questions, he was so kind and understanding. When I picked up my new Dacia Duster Extreme, he went through everything again, he paired up my phone for me, loaded my favorite radio stations. Showed me how to work the maps, he was very thorough. I cant thank him enough for his help, and understanding as he realised how much my old car meant to me. He made it so much easier. Thank you James, you were amazing, you did a fantastic job and made me feel really happy about picking such a fantastic new car. 😀

However, mention of new mats and wheel locks during handover was odd because there weren't any wheel locks and the mats looked like originals. Car had been washed and dash wiped but had not been vacuumed so did it myself. (First world problems, new mats plus wheel locks < £100 on a 13k car, vacuume 15 mins).

Had a few questions about the car - was initially told it was a 1.3 when it was a 1.0 , and given misleading info about wether it was a hybrid or not. Resokved in the end.

So good on the whole but could benefit from a bit more attention to detail.

The lady on reception was courteous and helpful.
She asked if it was ok to wash the car, I replied yes fine.
I had to call at 4.15 as I had heard nothing from you. I was told about 20-30 minutes
As I had a lift organised I came up and waited until the car was ready. After going through was what done etc and I paid, she went and found my car and parked it nearer to reception which I really appreciated.
However it was very clear that my car had not been washed.

My MOT was done quickly, easy booking as well!

Car was exactly as described and well priced. Had good communication throughout and when I went to collect it I was made to feel very welcome. Smiled all the way home in my new car
