As a long standing Renault owner very disappointed to be told they couldn't do a diagnostic on my car for three months
Went to Richard Sanders Renault instead and got an appointment in two days and solved the problem in an hour

My husband and I have been looking for another car. We popped into Brayley Dacia and Renault showroom. It was very modern, plenty of new and used cars, to look at. I had a price in my head, that I wanted to spend. James one of the sales team, was very friendly, and helpful. We tested drove one of there cars, and decided that was for us. They gave us a very fair price for our 13 year old corsa. We have also been given 2 years extended warranty and free Dacia breakdown cover. All in all a very satisfying experience. 10/10

Tony was excellent to deal with. Gave plenty of information and made the process stress free. Quick process from first visit to collecting the car. Thank you very much!

Started well! The dealership was clean and welcoming and Tony was friendly to deal with - he managed to arrange a longer year drive which was very welcome and helped make the decision. We had some significant issues with the clarity of the overall process and signing paperwork and deposits we understood to be confirming the car purchase and finance, then to be told that the finance had been changed by Dacia with no warning. This had a significant increase to the monthly payments and left us feeling upset and frustrated with the lack of transparency and breach of trust we put in Dacia as a first time customer of the brand. The car is perfect for us and was ready early but then not with the right items that we’d ordered - this was rectified. Our car handover was thoughtful and thorough and we appreciated the extra time offered. Tony has done his best to mitigate our experience and leave us feeling positive but overall we felt let down and confused about how the process has felt so bumpy and left us out of pocket

Booked in for a service whilst we waited. I forget the service bookin desk lady's name, but she made sure she had the correct contact number and explained how long it would take. We went out for a bit then waited inside. Comfortable seating area and banging hot chocolate. The lady popped over a couple of times to keep us updated.

Really poor/non existent service.
Sent an inquiry through their app regarding a car at Milton Keynes Renault I was interested in buying but received no response. I subsequently called them and the person I spoke to was completely useless (and that's me being quite kind).
I explained in my inquiry and on the call that I live quite a distance away and wanted to know how much it would cost to deliver the car, the response I got 'we don't deliver that far but if you come to the dealership you can collect it from there'. I responded by saying that the website says they can deliver, the response 'it'll probably cost you about 8 or 9 hundred quid, but if you get the train we can pick you up at the station and I'll make sure the car has a full tank of fuel so you can drive it away'. I explain again, I'm approx 450 miles/8 hours away, the response 'a tank of fuel will get you home'.
I then ask where theur furthest North dealership is and can it be sent there and I can collect? The response 'we don't have anything in the North, the furthest North we have is just outside London'. I then tell him I know they have nothing in Scotland but according to Google they have quite a few branches around the Manchester area. The response 'are you looking up Brayley's? Oh yeah so we do, but I don't think we could send it there'. I ask if he can check with someone as he didn't seem sure, the response 'yeah, yeah, I'll go and do that now and give you a call straight back'.... I'm STILL waiting.
It might not be a big purchase to them but it is for my son so sadly I'll now be looking elsewhere. If they can't even get that bit right how on earth can they be trusted.
Very, very disappointed

Friendly professional staff at reception given a rough time of completion.
Given comprehensive paperwork explaining what was done and what wasn’t done on completion of the service.
Bit disappointed with the clean the driver side was done including the door sills, the passenger side rear door sill wasn’t done.
I did you have a bit of an issue with the maintenance agreement the start date requested was incorrect on the paperwork . It’s now been rectified by EMaC I was disappointed I didn’t get a call back as requested on that matter from your service team.

Took our Dacia in for its first annual service. Easy to book in and arrange a courtesy car for the day. Service completed (with a couple of extras offered and accepted) within the day.
