The appointment took a bit of time but when we got there the service was good

I arrived at 8 30 for my car service and I told the receptionist that I lived 20 miles away so I would like to wait for the car she said the service would take about 2 hours so I went for a coffee and to my surprise an hour and a half later I received a phone call to say my car was ready and not only had the car been serviced it had been washed and cleaned inside and out I was most impressed, thank you so all the staff at Bradley’s cars Milton Keynes

Fantastic Dealership in Milton Keynes was interested in a new Mazda MX30 sadly Tony Hatton was on holiday, and Brett Gray looked after me he had only been with Mazda only two weeks !!

I would have never known fantastic customer service and great knowledge of the car really impressed !! He passed my details onto Tony and booked me in for a test drive the following weekend. Great service thank you !!
Met up with Tony the following weekend for an extended test drive, after only driving the car for five minutes I wanted one.

After the test drive it was such a pleasure to deal with Tony as he had sold me a new CX5 a year ago.

After less then thirty minutes of looking at possible options the deal was done, amazing guy to work with, no hard sales just a great customer service it’s just a pleasure to spend my money with him.

Rang to let them know I had recently purchased a Mazda through a different Mazda dealership but that I would be coming to them for servicing & mot etc as they were closer.
Bearing that in mind I asked if they could reset the "service soon" light as it had come on after just 2000miles & 8 weeks free of charge. Was told they couldn't help & that I would have to go back to the garage that did the service. I said this decision means I am now not going to use Brayleys for the cars next service, they were still adamant they couldn't help me.

Highly recommend picked new car up. Was always kept well informed.
Danny was awesome all the way through since July till picking car up.

Having experienced poor unprofessional staff at Dacia Plymouth I nearly didn’t purchase a car but located the model and spec I wanted in Brayleys Milton Keynes. Made contact and straight away was impressed with the staff and ultimately their professionalism and friendliness helped me purchase a brand new vehicle. The sales person Daniel Marino was a credit to the branch and smoothly purchased picked up and demonstrated my new vehicle.

Collected my car yesterday, drivers seat had dirt in numerous places. After Sales manager had it cleaned when I voiced my concern but not acceptable for a 30k car which I've owned new for only 12 weeks.
