Brayley listened to my request to get the service done as soon as practically possible given I live a long distance from the garage. Pre-appointment communication was good, on arrival met by pleasant and helpful Jenifer who explained everything before service commenced.

Poor communications
Brayley didn't phone me to inform me that my service plan, MOT and warranty were running out - they claim to have emailed me but there was no trace of any message from them.
Once discovered, after my MOT had actually run out, I left 4 messages asking someone to call me but no contact was made.
Finally spoke to someone and their obligations under the lapsed agreement were honoured. But, they no longer collect and return cars and they don't wash them after a service any more.
And, I even had to ask them for a quote to renew the service plan - I thought they would have been keen to get more money out of me!
Falling standards but rising prices!

Friendly staff, in particular the two ladies on reception. Clear communication and understanding of the problem and the work was carried out promptly.
I had a good experience with Brayleys Kia in Enfield and have now "moved" next door to Brayleys Honda.
