Excellent service. I had urgent hospital appointment after the servicing of my motobility car. The sales person when out of his way to ensure Motobility agreed to service charge and that the mechanic completed the service on time for me to attend my appointment. He was helpful and considerate.

Everything went as expected for the MOT of a Motability vehicle prior to it being changed for another. Notified of work completed and car collected from Hardik.

Friendly and efficient welcome with all necessary information to hand.
Excellent and knowledgeable service engineer communication.
High quality courtesy car.
Full and detailed paper documentation at handover.

very Good , fast, for MOT

We took out a 5 year service plan with Crown Motors (now Bradley’s), unfortunately we have 2 years remaining. I just booked my next service to be told they won’t collect our car and a courtesy car is £30. That’s not a courtesy car! They also no longer clean the car after servicing. My advice is to give this company a wide berth. They offer no company service!!

All went well. Very good service from Service! All work is contientious and thorough -and good value. Honda is a wonderful Car Manufacturer! Our Honda Jazz is great!

I have got a mobility car and it was my first time, I was so nervous at first but Ewa made my whole experience very easy and enjoyable, Ewa answered all my questions and went through everything with me from A-Z. Brayley Honda well & truly live up to their high standards year on year. I've been with them for 11 years now over multiple Honda cars. Noticeably post Covid days, the booking process, communication at each stage, multiple updates through texts & emails before coming in, and on the day of service & MOT - stage by stage updates are top class.

One recent disappointment is they won't any more wash the cars or even hoover them inside since they let go of the staff across all Brayley sites.

They are doing very great service and treat very well.

Easy,,quick & explain clearly

Having decided Honda HR_V would be our preferred replacement car it was a simple choice to go to Brayley Leatherhead. Clarence and his colleague helped us select the car we wanted and arranged for our choice to come from Hendon site within a few days. Every stage of purchase went smoothly and we are very happy with the car. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Brayleys and will certainly return when our other car will be replaced in a few years time.

I’m very disappointed by Honda, and I will NOT be going for my MOT and service next time with them. They are a rip off, and over charged me way too much for simple works, adding extra bill on already expensive Service. I’m not sure even if this was needed to be honest, and should have pushed to get a second opinion as my car was in good shape and is low mileage. They call themselves a dealer but should change to stealership instead! Not to be trusted! They even left my car stained dirty and had to push them to at least wipe it off. Awful service!

The customer service advisor was very helpful and made sure that our serice and MOT was Carried out efficiently and effectively. Nothing was to much trouble. The only gripe is that a car wash is not now included on the stated basis of saving the planet which in reality only means it's done somewhere else. Cost saving in disguise?

Ready for me at 9am. Kept in touch during the day and proposed extra work which I was very keen to have— and accepted.
Very helpful and friendly service staff ( david and Christian?).
The bill did not seem excessive for a main dealer.
