They are always helpful and professional I dropped my car off for service and MOT all done same day.

Everything was done very efficiently and thoroughly, and they very kindly stayed open for me when I was a few minutes late for pick-up due to traffic.

I didn't feel intimidated buying a new Honda as Jason made buying simple and suit my budget. I found I can ask questions openly. There was no pressure and I have time to work out myself if the deal was a good for me. The experience I got was Jason was really helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next car with the same firm again.

My Honda Jazz was recalled for a safety issue. This was carried out on the appointed day and I collected my car in the afternoon.

Jason at Brayleys Cars was fantastic; from the first time I went in just browsing for ideas to the last time when he let me know of a better deal and left me leaving with a brand new car!

Friendly staff at reception and providing firm timescale for the works on car to be completed. Call made to confirm time for car to be picked up after servicing.

Gave my registration he got my keys handed them to me charged for the M.O.T. did not mention that I had 2 advisory things on my M.O.T. normally they always explain hence 4 starts have had my car serviced for many years this is my 3rd Honda

This service is completely bad. No one picking up the phone. I was waiting one month for service. It was to obtain code for my car audio system . Was not solved. I asked gentleman at reception to send me an email to confirm my visit and reason why problem was not solved, but they just ignore me. Still no one answers phone. They send me message to give them feedback, so this is it. Avoid them. Honda makes great cars, but this service is crap.

I took my car for its annual service and MOT. I was seen promptly —everything was explained well and my queries were clearly answered.
I had 4 helpful phone calls during the service to tell me about its progress and give advice. All was again explained clearly when I collected it.
The car was thoroughly valeted too.
In all, a very happy experience!

not great. when I arrived to annual MOT/service I asked if a problem I'd been noticing could also be fixed. On collection I showed the manager that it was no better, and now will be returning next week for it to be done (under warranty!). And a problem they found (I was unaware but accepted and had paid to be fixed) triggered warnings about 2 miles into my journey home. went back, they reset the system, and sent me on my way. This time got about 3 miles before warnings sounded. So I reset the system myself. Very grumpy and anxious that I'm now driving a dodgy car but am masking the warnings. Maybe just an off day for them (previous years when it was Crown Honda Hendon I've always been content). But not a great experience and only going back next week because its under warranty and then next year as have service plan in place.

From the first phone call with Jason at Honda Hendon everything has been handled excellently. It was extremely helpful, especially for someone like me who had never used an EV before, to go through the features and charging process etc and make the purchase seamless.

Salesman (Ram) and staff were welcoming and helpful. Ram was knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles. Didn’t feel under pressure to buy and having done so I’m happy with my purchase
