My car was collected as usual by John after a phone call to say he was on his way. The garage kept me informed throughout and let me know when it was on its way back. John returned the car, cleaned inside and out.
What more could I have asked

Myself and my son went into the dealership this afternoon, hoping to buy a car. After looking around for 30 minutes, inside and out. I was looking for a car sales person to speak with and get more information on the car that I was interested in buying. No carsales person bothered to ask if I need any help. I approached a young lady at her desk who just put her finger up to me. I went and took a seat and waited for 45 minutes in the hope that I would at least be acknowledged. As I went to leave, a man who worked there asked a colleague to come and speak to me. Unfortunately I had, had enough by then of being ignored! I would not recommend this dealership as they are clearly not interested in good customer service. I left and will definitely not return.

Brayleys did an MOT, service, and a recall all in one day. They had a busy morning so I was delighted to get my car back.

I had my Motability car's MOT and service at Brayley Honda in Orpington in May. I cannot praise their staff highly enough for their excellent customer service, in particular the service manager Tony Billing. As Orpington is several miles from home I did not have the option o f dropping the car off and leaving it there. However, they have a very comfortable waiting area, with a pretty acceptable cup of coffee out of the machine and a TV, with a remote so customers can choose something to watch. What's not to like. One can also look through the full height glass wall into the service area and watch the car being attended to. The icing on my particular cake (apart from being looked after so well by Tony Billing) was that I got a spotlessly clean car back. I do not underestimate the effort it took to clean it both inside and out as there was still sand in the back seat from a trip to Scotland last year. I also have three grubby dogs who travel in car and I was waiting for better weather until I got round to cleaning it-who am I kidding, have it cleaned! Full marks Bradley's. Thank you🤗

From my initial test drive to purchasing a used car, and part exchanging my old car, the whole process was seamless. Alanah was friendly and helpful and is an asset to the team. She took the time to explain everything clearly and I never felt rushed or pressured. A great experience provided by Brayleys Honda, Orpington. Thank you!

I’m writing this review as a follow-up to the one I posted on Google three weeks ago, as I’ve still received no response or resolution from Brayleys Honda Orpington.

It has now been seven weeks since I purchased my vehicle, and I am still waiting for the service log book that was promised at the time of sale. Stuart, the sales manager, did not complete or even mention the handover checklist during the purchase. I was assured that the log book, with the manufacturer’s stamp, would be sent the following week. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive it.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend this car dealership to everyone.

Brayleys are always great. They are helpful and efficient. They carried out the recall and also did a check on the car and sent the video to me. Thankfully everything was okay. I am pleased they did the check.

Very good and helpful informative professional service

Efficient and slick service. Contacted by phone when the car was ready and I also enjoyed the video of my car sent through. Only two criticisms- I couldn’t hear clearly what the engineer was saying on the video as a loud radio was playing in the background and it would have been nice if the car was valeted. You used to do this - I suppose it is now down to cost. Pity; it is something the customer values.

Brayleys - Orpington - excellent customer service - consultative no pressure apporach.

My Honda was recalled so I booked it into Brayleys to be amended. After a discussion they agreed to collect it and return it! This was done as arranged. Very good service. I only gave four stars as I had to push for collection and delivery. Otherwise , excellent.

My Honda Jazz was recalled to have a part replaced (this was done for free as recalled by manufacturer), and I also asked for new tyres to be fitted and a new cambelt (this was due as per service schedule). My car went into the workshop at 8am and I received a call to update me on the progress and a short video from the mechanic working on it. I got another call when the car was ready for collection at 2pm, all nice and cleaned. Emma, service receptionist, clearly explained what was advised by the manufacturer and asked for my agreement before any work was carried out.

Booked in at 10.00am and service carried out within 2 hours. Very good customer care as I was a priority,

Tom was excellent. I have very individual needs as full time wheelchair user and I could not fault his customer care, service and patience. I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Brayleys.

Great service provided by competent staff.

Poor service. I have complained twice that the sat nav malfunctions. It goes wild often. And if my phone is connected to it the phone behaves the same. The service lady said it is a problem with the satellites. That cannot be the case. If I turn off Bluetooth the phone navigates properly. It is the car not detecting satellite.
I ordered a touch up paint. I live over 15 miles away. But, no, it cannot be posted to me.
This was the second trip to sort sat nav. Simply put heads in the sand. Dreadful.
