Very friendly and quick to be seen. My phone was not working on the day (I did not realise) so when I did not respond to the email after dropping off my car (didn't think to check) someone was sent to my house to let me know that I needed to phone them back regarding my MOT/Service. Very kind and efficient service.

Dipak was very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and found a space for me to work while I waited for my car.

There was coffee and water air con and find this dealer reliable and good value for money, they also recommended service items which were due for the car.

Very fast check in and fast collection process. No need for any repairs or spares so cannot comment on the work.

As usual Mr Andy Parkes performance excellent. He is courteous and a great listener.

The necessary work was carried out in super quick time. The waiting area offered a good selection of coffee and TV and the car was returned in a clean and tidy state. What more could one wish for ?

Collected my new HRV today. Great service again. Bought my first Honda 2 years ago, love it its a fab car, so I traded for a newer one. The process was smooth. Best of all a very kind warm and open and honest customer service team. Special thanks too Angela..who went above and beyond, an amazing professional yet friendly customer service Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the annual service carried out on my car. I was informed of the necessary repairs ( outside of the service), needed to be carried out.
The only disappointment is that the cost I felt it was a bit on the expensive side.

Top marks to Dipak, who received me at 7.30. Whilst he was opening and shifting cars waiting to opening. I offered him a cigarette, shame he doesn't smoke.
Then his boss shouted D!! and he was gone to do his duties. Brayleys as ever the bestest.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the car sales manager Jakub Sivak and the sales director Clive Millen! It was a pleasure to deal with professionals in their field! Friendliness, clear sequence of actions and following an algorithm that has clearly been developed over the years - that's what I liked about this Honda car dealership! We conducted a test drive, completed all the necessary documents and two days later I became the happy owner of a new Honda Jazz Crosstar in a magical, sunny white color! Also, thanks to all the workers who prepared my car: mechanics, car washers and everyone who took part in this!

I had my car serviced yesterday at Honda Bradley Ruislip and, as always, the experience was excellent. Dipak and the team are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and efficient — I was in and out swiftly, just like every other time.

What really stands out is the peace of mind I get knowing my car is being looked after properly. I travel from Edgware just to come here because I originally bought my car from this branch, and I’ll always continue to do so. The level of care and professionalism makes it worth the journey every time.

Had very good experience here buying our next updated car. Originally just went to look and had an extremely nice man helping us. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he wasn’t pushy at all which pleased me. Also spoke to the manager Clive a few times he too was very friendly and very helpful. Decided to purchase a car from here. On collection day dealt with a man called Gary Foxley. He was brilliant with us he spent so much time going through every thing to the smallest detail. After the paperwork he took us out to show us everything the car could do. There was no being hurried we had his full attention for however long it was going to take.
