Having previously spent 35 years in the motor trade I have to say how pleasantly surprised I was when taking our new car into Brayley Kia A10 Enfield for its first annual service.
Representatives Olivia and Kayleigh on the service reception were both very polite, engaging and enthusiastic about their work. Having been front line myself back in the early 80's these are exactly the kind of "first impression" qualities any good dealership should have.
The whole experience made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. The dialogue was highly informative both at drop-off and collection later that afternoon.
Communication was excellent with progress text messages and follow-up phone calls when the car was ready.
Olivia received and inspected my vehicle on arrival then drove it into the repair shop. On collection she carefully went through the repair sheet and handed me a copy of same together with the fully signed-off and stamped service record book.
However, the icing on the cake for me was the personal handover of the vehicle on completion. All fully serviced and yes . .sparkling clean! Now, if that's not a really lovely touch with added value then I don't know what is.
Well done Brayley Kia Enfield, this is service how it should be - Thank you very much!

Service & MOT on my Kia Soul EV went well. Not able to install the dashcam that I purchased as the hardwire kit was the wrong one. Not sure what was wrong with it...would have been helpful to know why is was incompatable.

I bought a car on Saturday and there were dents on it so I returned it on Monday because I wasn’t happy with it and the dealers were trying to damp the car on me saying they can’t refund me back my money. I’m not a happy customer.

We had our car stolen so needed to buy a new vehicle fairly quickly. We had a rough idea what we wanted but were fairly ignorant what was available. After trawling the dealerships of North London & Hertfordshire we arrived at Brayley Kia Enfield. We were warmly met by Geni on arrival at the showroom. After asking us about our needs she recommended the Kia Picanto.
We arranged a test drive and were more than pleased with the car. Geni showed us what was available and we made our choice.
The car was collected on the Saturday so the whole process took six days in total.
Geni took great trouble explaining the features of the car before we left the showroom and assured us of her continued help if needed. This was great customer service and well above our expectations.

I have a Motability car. When I called earlier, the lady on the phone told me she would contact me about a courtesy car, but she never did. The day before my appointment, I called Kia Brayley Enfield and was told that my car service would take around two hours and that I could wait there, as no courtesy car was available. I was asked to bring the car at 10am and collect it by 12pm.
When I arrived, I asked the lady to have the car washed as well, and she agreed. However, when the car was returned to me, it hadn’t been washed. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this level of service. I will not be choosing Brayley Enfield again, especially when it comes to getting a new Motability car.

The booking system is very hap hazard, l was told to take my car to the dealership at 8am, I then received a mail confirmation informing me to take my car to the dealership at 11.30am. I took my car to the dealership at 8am and booked it in by 8:10am, l was told I should receive a call at some point during the day informing me when my car would be ready for collection and, if I didn’t just go back to the dealership and my car would be ready. At 16:30 I received a call and I thought they were going to tell me my car was ready for collection but they informed me they had not even started on my vehicle because they could not get past the immobiliser. While I was on the phone to them they informed me they had managed to start my car and I should go to collect it by 17:30. I got to the dealership by 17:15 and my car had been completed and was already in the car park. When booking my car in I informed them the parking sensors had an intermittent fault and don’t always work, they informed my they could find nothing wrong, I now have a suspicion that they didn’t check them. The car was also supposed to be externally valeted by it was clearly visible this hadn’t happened.

Beware of any delivery date promises from the salesperson as the local garage is not in control. No communication from garage was received, you have to chase them. £40k for a car and you are still not valued! On a rushed handover many of the ordered items missing, and promises were made to get them to us pre Easter another no show!! No communication, no call, no e mail, no message, so you are left waiting for someone to show up.
We are feeling severely let down By Brayley Kia and we are fuming. If this is Kia on buying a car what the hell have we let ourselves in for. BEWARE. PS no e mail addresses for the management are available. Now I know why.

The service Centre reception staff were friendly and efficient. The car was ready before 5.30. It had been valeted inside and out. A most stress free and productive experience. Thanks.

I purchased a low-mileage ex-demo Kia EV6 GT-Line S 2024 facelift model from Brayleys Kia Enfield in January 2026 for around £33,000. From day one, the experience was frustrating and far below what I expected from a main dealer.
Key issues:
The V5C document was lost, causing major delays with the transfer. I had to chase repeatedly, and even when I tried to complete the transfer myself using a V62 form at the Post Office (with a cheque for road tax that I had already paid Kia), it was refused.
The car arrived with several faults that were not present during the test drive: persistent front suspension flapping/clunking over bumps, Meridian speaker vibration on the doors, rear rattle inside the rear of the car & seats, and multiple cosmetic defects (dents, chips, and paint damage on doors, wheel arches, and bumper).
Communication was consistently poor. Promises from the sales team were not followed through. The service team was more responsive at times, but overall resolution was slow and incomplete.
Despite multiple emails, phone calls, site visits, formal letters, and escalation to Kia UK, many issues remain unresolved or only partially fixed.
The car was delivered while I was recovering from hernia surgery (15 Feb 2026), adding unnecessary stress during a difficult time.
After the car was delivered, I had to return it due to incomplete work. Many issues (Meridian speaker vibration, loose suspension, and rattles inside the car) were still present.
While some minor items were eventually addressed, the overall experience felt like I had to fight for basic service. The car still has ongoing suspension noise, speaker vibration, rear rattles, and cosmetic issues that were never fully resolved to a satisfactory standard.
I would not recommend Brayleys Kia Enfield, especially for ex-demo or used vehicles. Potential buyers should proceed with caution and thoroughly inspect any car before purchase.
