All done by friendly staff on the same day. I would have liked some seating near the service desk for those waiting to be seen. Because another customer had an issue I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen to collect my car, even though it was ready for me to take.

Smooth process I didn’t even visit the showroom before I collected my new car.

Everything was explained to me prior and the lease was sorted via email and calls.

100% would recommend

Absolutely A1 when it comes to customer service (thank you Terry) I am over the moon with my new car (2nd hand but new to me). Cannot fault this dealership on anything.... if I could leave more than 5 stars, I would do.

Brayleys collected my Kia, serviced it for free, cleaned it, and returned it to me within 4 hours. The person who collected the car was polite and courteous.

Car was taken in quickly and ready earlier than discussed so very happy. Only one point getting through to service department on phone was a nightmare on line it says open until 6pm then I got an email after I complained I could not get through to anyone after holding for 20 minutes and I was told it closes at 4.30pm

Took my car to Kia following a safety recall letter. I was seen fairly promptly and the issue was fixed within 45 minutes. Staff very friendly

Unexpectedly Brayleys rang to offer me a two hour slot for service (and a recall) as against the all day appointment I'd booked originally. This was very helpful as I live 20 miles from the dealership and would have had to hang around Enfield for 6 hours or else take a round trip home of nearly three hours by public transport. The work was done within the 2 hour slot and everything was much quicker and more convenient than previous visits. My thanks to the team on service reception as well as the technicians.

Had an express service and it most definitely was that. Dropped off at 10:30am was done by 12:30pm. Great service from start to finish

Reception from the desk was excellent, car finished at the agreed time, cleaned.
Finding somewhere to park can be a problem, consequently there are cars everywhere.

Very good experience, service was done on time and there was a nice waiting. I will certainly use this branch for my next service.

Excellent service

without realizing it I took my car in a day early,the ladies at reception organised with the guys performing the service and MOT to fit me in and not having to return the next day. this I appreciated very much so big thank you guys. I have always found the staff at Brayleys to be very helpful, friendly from purchase to my service requirements.so all round an excellent team,well done .

The reception area is complete chaos. There are very few staff even at booking in and collection time. There is no real waiting area, nowhere to sit and it was a very long wait. The lady I saw when collecting my car was dealing with about 4 people at once. To top it all, there were loud guffaws coming from a side room ( visible) from, I presume, the sales staff who were not actually working. This is hardly business like. I may use another place next year.

The Service team were efficient, friendly and great to deal with. First time at this branch; will definitely return for services - and MOTs - in future. (I dealt with Dawn and Kayleigh).
