Took my Kia in for its second service. All seemed to be well and I didn't have to wait to collect it after a phone call to say it was ready.

Excellent service! Dawn in the Service Reception dept is superb and very thorough ensuring everything is noted down and gets done! Very efficient. Despite the Enfield dealership not being my nearest one, I go there because of the great reliable and friendly experience! 10/10

Excellent service, really nice staff.
I have to say, from the moment I stepped into Brayley's Enfield, to look at buying a Kia Sportage, I felt comfortable. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.
They took the time to go through many of the details that I needed to know. I did end up buying a Kia Sportage Hybrid, it's a lovely drive. When I did take delivery of the car, Adam from sales showed me how things worked inside and outside the car, there was no rush, he was very thorough. I drove away happy.

My car was showing active air flap system light and I went their after 7 hours they find small crack in front grill which is not link with air flap they refuse to fix my car and my still under warranty I waste my whole day

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the damage to your car is directly related to the active air flap issue and the repair can't therefore be paid for by KIA's warranty. We can see that you made an all-day appointment, which explains the timescale. Rest assured that all undamaged components remain covered by the warranty (subject to service history).

Booking very easy. Staff very helpful and friendly
However, I booked the service well in advance and emphasised I needed a manual courtesy car....
None were available however. I will be booking my next service layer in the year and will expect a manual to be available when I need it.

Shockingly bad communication...
I took my Kia Niro into Brayley Kia because the petrol cap wouldn't open.
I was told the new part would take 2 to 3 days and they would be in touch.
After 5 days of hearing nothing I rang and was told the service dept would ring me back - nothing.
Rang back 3 days later and was told the service dept would ring back - guess what? nothing.
Rang back after 5 more days and was told I'd been booked in for the part to be fitted - nobody had bothered to tell me .
Dropped the car off and got a call saying the car was ready.
Went to pick it up - car wasn't ready .
I really don't know if I've been lied to - why tell me the car was ready when it wasn't?
Now I have to drop the car off again - this issue has now been going on for over a month!
I feel really badly treated.
