Great service and very polite and kept up to date with any work needed to be done to my car

Booked my car service with a collection & delivery option. Contacted the night before by the collection driver with pick-up time next morning; driver appeared within that time window. Contacted later in the morning about some additional minor work recommended. No pressure to take that advice. Contacted early afternoon to say service completed and made the necessary payment. Car returned 30 mins later. Driver was very cheerful - told him I'd see him for the next service in 12 months time!

I rang to enquire about buying a brand new car from them they took my details and said “yes sir we will get back to you”. Nothing more heard from them, they are not the slightest bit interested in selling cars.

Brayleys Harpenden used to be a Mazda and Kia dealership but has recently dropped Mazda to be a Kia only dealership. That said it is still an approved Mazda service centre so I continue to use them as they as reliable do a thorough job and are competitively priced (which many Mazda dealerships are not!) They even finish the job with a valet and car wash. Yes thoroughly recommended.
Now that Mazda have foolishly decided to drop physical controls in favour of a "Do all" touch screen for the new CX5 it looks like I will be swapping to Kia and probably Brayleys!

Advised with explanation on replacement items needed whilst servicing my vehicle.
Only one downside is the area where you park the car. Far too many vehicles and difficult to manoeuvre. Plus I met a very angry customer when turning into the car park to drop off coming towards me extremely aggressive. I thought he was going to crash into me.
I know you are aware of the car park issue but it needs to be addressed as a priority.

I was able to get a date that suited me. I waited while car was being serviced and this was completed earlier than expected. Cold and hot refreshments available. Used customer WiFi and was able to work while I waited.

Brayley reception staff were, as usual, polite and efficient, informing me of the likely cost upfront, calling to check with me before unanticipated work was carried out and letting me know when to pick up. The actual servicing work was well done and car well cleaned.

I took my car in for service and mot on 18th March.
I walked in through the showroom and was greeted immediately and shown to the service area. I was attended to straight away by Tom who had all the paperwork ready and went through everything. Brayley’s phoned me to advise what work was needed and the cost involved. It was all completed and they phoned me to advise that it was ready for collection.
Jodie went through the final paperwork with me then brought my car to the forecourt.
I can honestly say, it was 5 star service!

Car booked in for 3 year service and MOT at Bradley’s, Harpenden.
Booking in process was swift; the work was done in less than estimated time ; staff efficient and polite.
Negative- chairs in waiting area uncomfortable for shorter people.

Not exactly cheap but very thorough and professional.

I have been using Brayleys Harpenden for 11 years now!! And I cannot fault the service I receive year after year. Friendly team that go over and above. I have my car serviced and MOT’d here and they keep me up to date with what they are doing I never feel that I am being taken for a ride when it comes to work that needs to carried out. I will continue to use them and can highly recommend their services. It sounds cliche but as a woman, to be able to take a car to a garage and feel like you can trust the advice that you are given is golden.

Brayleys still service my 16 year old Mazda2 and have kept it going for many years now. All the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. No need to go anywhere else.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Service was on time. No sudden hidden charges. Car cleaned before return, nice touch
