Very pleasant,helpful people in all departments. I have been using them to service and MOT my Mazda MX-5 s ( bought used from other garages farther afield) and have been happy to do so.Although they have recently stopped being a Mazda dealer I am reassured ,and relieved that they will continue to service mine. I have confidence in ,and trust them.

Oil change booked, everything went according to plan, the car was also washed for free, friendly staff.

Great service as usual, phone call to ask me if I wanted certain things done to my car, a phone call to say my car was ready then shown where my cleaned car was parked.

The Brayleys staff are always very friendly and helpful with a 'can do' attitude which helps to take the stress of the car problem situation away from the customer. They were particularly helpful in this occasion in allowing me to bring my car in a day early and then carrying out the work on this day.

Me and my wife recently came to Brayley Mazda Harpenden to inquire about a used Mazda-approved Mazda 6 car, and we had the best, top-of-the-line customer experience from the start to the end and finally ended up buying the car. Buying a used car can be an extremely stressful life event, as you need to be absolutely certain that what you are investing in is worthy of it.

We were taken care of by Jon Simpson during this entire journey, and we were extremely grateful we met him. Jon came across as a very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and customer-oriented gentleman. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best customer experience at each stage during the car buying process. From the time he showed us the car, test driving, securing the car, doing all the paperwork, and ensuring the car is perfectly prepared when you come to drive it away, the whole process was extremely smooth for us.

Even after purchasing the car, Jon took time to explain everything about the car and made sure that I was well equipped with vital information about the car before I actually drove off. Jon also inquired about my journey back home and made sure everything was okay on the following day. This is a great example of excellent customer care. Thank you so much, Jon, for your help and making the whole process smooth.

I was kept informed throughout the day of the service. It needed a new battery and it wasn't in stock although was showing on the system. To save me going back the following week (work commitments), they offered to come and collect my car for me. The communication and customer service has been fantastic!
