Tony Hatton was so very helpful! He didnt bombard me with jargon and was so patient with me as he helped me to get my new car. Im overly impressed with this branch and already a million times better than the previous place I went to. And even though I only dealt with Tony, every single staff member I came across was so kind and happy. I felt so comfortable and like no question was a stupid question. Thankyou so much!!

I met with Paul and went through the paperwork before looking over the car. Paul’s colleague Kevin showed me the main controls and features which was very helpful. Both guys were excellent and clearly know their product. Minor point I know but coffee from the machine was awful! Otherwise very positive experience.

Brief History of problem:
I purchased a N/side Headlight unit, a HID and Socket with Brayleys Mazda Milton Keynes on 3rd October 2023 and acquired them on 2nd November 2023, Bill total £1276.16. However I only got the parts fitted on 1st November 2024 shortly after my MoT at a local independent garage, they refitted it for £75. All was working well for a few weeks, until heavy wet weather hit and the light stopped operating, I had noticed water and moisture inside the headlight unit and on the projector lens and took photos. I took it back to the garage on 7th January 2025 and they said the N/side headlight assembly wasn't properly sealed at the factory.
I went onto Mazda UK website to see what the warranty term was for such parts and screenshot the information that stated “2 Years/36,000 mile Parts Warranty for Peace of Mind statement.”
I contacted Brayley using their online contact form, first on 21/1/25 and again on 2/2/25 and received no response to either. I did get a reply after I emailed the Parts Advisor who I've consulted with on previous occasions 24/2/25; he passed my request on very quickly and I got a call back and car booked in for the 6th March for diagnostics.
Before the day of booking:
I took the opportunity to take the car for a wash in the late afternoon, to present a clean car and provide clear evidence of water ingress for the dealership. Printed off copies of original order receipt, MoT mileage and bill from local garage.
On the Day 6/3/25:
I took photos of the both headlights switched to on to document O/S working and dry and the new N/side HID not illuminating and filled with water from the car wash.
Took the car to the dealership for diagnostics/inspection.
At the desk I explained what happened and gave the sales rep my receipts and showed the photos of the defect on my phone.
The parts still fall within the 2 Year/36000 mile allowance according to Mazda UK but when I queried them about the warranty, Brayleys claimed it was only 1 year, even after showing them the information on Mazda UK website. “What Are The benefits of Using Genuine Mazda Parts” and “What Is The Warranty On A Part Purchased Via A Mazda Dealer?” sections. The rep was still adamant it was only 1 year so was the staff member in the back room behind the counter when he went back to ask.
Left the car with them for the day and emailed Mazda UK Head Office about my concerns and mismatch of warranty information between Brayleys staff and Mazda's official website along with evidence. Later, Head Office did inform Brayley it was 2 Years. But this did not stop them proclaiming to me my parts were invalid or claim was rejected on several occasions.
1st Diagnostic: The rep said "Headlight was fitted correctly and couldn't see anything obvious or explain why water got in"
After many emails with head office I was contacted by Brayley and sent a label and instructions how to present the fault for Head Office warranty dept. However I realised the headlight was dry and I needed to reproduce the fault to photograph, after many attempts pouring water over the front, I took it back to the carwash as before and noticed that water no longer was getting inside. I was thinking did they "fix" something on the first visit?
I notified Brayley and HO about the problem.
I was then asked to bring the car back in.
2nd Diagnostic 22/4/25: Brayley rep called and claimed the headlight seal was missing and that it was removed and said it is not covered by warranty, *contrary to what I was told on the first visit in March.
However, the rep did offer a reduced price of £572.82 to replace the HID and seal. I said I need to think about it first.
I think Brayleys are trying to get out of warranty work or incur any costs to them. They have given me conflicting information contrary to the information given from Head Office (1) Insisted I was not covered as they believe it was only 1 year, even in light of photo evidence and correction by Head office stating otherwise (2) Saying my claim had been declined by Warranty Team via Voicemail message, when no decision was made, and (3) Now accusing the garage I used to fit the headlight unit removed a seal. (if that was true, then water should still be getting inside, from a carwash?)
Claim eventually got denied by HO, I later queried them on their decision and that they did not receive any information from Brayley on my 1st diagnostic and to reconsider.
Warranties not worth the paper they're written on.
Another reviewer on here regarding brake calipers seizing had a similar experience regarding parts under warranty.
I have used Brayley Mazda a few times for parts and information and they have been pleasant and helpful, most of the negatives are with warranty.
Edit: went back to the garage who fitted the part and they said they saw a hole, fitter said he did not remove any seal.

Would like to say a big thank you to Ben as he was so helpful from the very beginning and went through the details very clearly. It was our first time to trade in our old Mazda and he went through each step throughly and made sure to update us once we placed an order for the new car. Would really recommend this Mazda dealership!

Took my car to Brayleys Milton Keynes for its 3rd service. I found the customer service I received was exceptional. All staff are very friendly and patient.
Having recently undergone a joint replacement my car was in desperate need of a valet.
On returning to collect my car I was pleasantly surprised to found it had been given a full valet.
Thank you very much it was very much appreciated.

Just purchased a new Mazda cx5 from Brayley Mazda grays.
From my first enquiry till I collected my car I found the experience very easy and stress free.Communication from start to finish was excellent and I was always kept informed with updates on a delivery date.I would highly recommend this dealer if you are considering buying a Mazda

Customer service after purchase, servicing and repairs is appalling. Also, every time I have been there, the car park has been filled with cars to sell, so there is nowhere to actually park.
I will not buy another Mazda because of this.

I recently purchased a used Mazda CX-5 from Brayleys Mazda, the entire purchase was conducted remotely via email and then I collected. The communication was excellent from start to finish.
Tony was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and providing detailed information about the car. The car itself was in excellent condition, exactly as described.
I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend Brayleys Mazda to anyone looking for a used Mazda, especially if you prefer to handle things remotely. Tony made the whole process stress-free and efficient. I'm absolutely loving my CX-5.

Bought an MX5 from Corby Mazda in June 2024.
7 months and only 4000 miles later there is a grinding noise, I took my car into Milton Keynes Mazda who quoteda £450 bill for brake pads and discs.
Trusted local garage has said the caliper is broken causing the pads on one side to reduce from 6mm to 2mm (metal on metal) in 7 months.
Driven sensibly, mostly motorway driving.
Taken into Mazda to get a replacement under warranty and they refuse saying the caliper isn't causing the issue.
Shameful behaviour.
EDIT: caliper continued to seize, shown first hand the issue by a local garage, then again by a friend who is an engineer.
Mazda do not want to repair as this would have been covered by warranty.

I recently purchased a car from Mazda Milton Keynes and dealt with James and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish the entire process was smooth and professional. James was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Overall, I felt valued as a customer, and the customer service was top notch. James was very helpful.

Not a good experience as expected. No customer good relationship whatsoever and no good communication.
The car has no log book, manual book and service history inside until I discovered that to ask and that was when it was printed out.
