Professional, friendly and quick to deal with all your request. Tony was replying to my emails after hours, they really go to the extra mile. The transaction with the trade in car involved was smooth and took less time than my weekly Tesco shopping. They don't try to hassle you in anyway. Highly recommended dealership.

Brayleys were able to accommodate my need to have my new vehicle delivered, which was so helpful. Despite having to wait for the car itself, which was never a problem, the salesman (Tony) kept me informed all the way. Early days of course, but a good experience and certainly happy with the vehicle.

Pointless online booking system
Seriously, what is the point of having an online booking system if the appointments are not honoured?
To compound the issue, you can very rarely get through to the service desk.
I booked my Mazda in for a service 20/08, and now I am being told that my booking wasn’t registered and the next available booking is mid-September.

Ben the branch manager is a superstar; such a credit to the company. He helped my wife and sort out a car and was extremely patient with us. We shall definitely be buying with Braileys again and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car. A wonderful car dealership!!!

Great customer service whilst you buying a car, after that you cease to exist.
Have been trying for over a week to get hold servicing, car need a service and MOT, have no faith in them, what if they have my car and I need to get hold of them or I have a fault with the car under warranty, complete joke!!
Would recommend people find somewhere else to buy there mazda

I gave a shining review when purchasing the car last year but it had a couple of issues and needed to be booked in. EVERY excuse has been used for it not to be booked in and now they have stopped responding with work outstanding to my expensive vehicle. GO BRAYLEY MAZDA MK!! Your service is awful!
