Zoe at check in was friendly and helpful. Booked in for MOT only but they were also able to fit in a last minute decision of a full service. Took advantage of the service plan. Service includes 12 months RAC road assistance. Hot drinks available while you wait. Overall very happy with my recent experience.

I have had excellent service from start to finish. I must mention the following people Kevin for helping me in more ways than one in picking my perfect car especially when my partner was taken ill. Claire for the handover in Kevin's absence whilst he was sunning himself and also Pete who was also acting as Claire's "PA" and assisting and answering all my questions. I have been coming back to this Branch of Nissan for nearly 10yrs and I have always had impeccable service and have been treated like a member of their extended family. Hats off to all involved at this branch. Thank you to all of you and I'm loving my brand new Qashqai.

I found the van i was after the new nissan interstar in grey and the tekna spec and in grey. Called and spoke to Riaj he was true to his words and helped the purchase go as smooth as possible. Lovely van and great friendly staff.

I paid £99 to reserve a vehicle. The reservation email said someone will contact me with the next steps. The next morning I decided to call because I did not receive any information and was planning on travelling to the dealer.

I was then disappointed and frustrated to find out that actually they agreed on a sale a few hours before I made the reservation. When asked how this was possible I got no apology and was given the explanation that "It takes 24 hours to update the website" huh?

If a deal is agreed in person or other method, most dealers will first either reserve the vehicle themselves on behalf of the person or tell them to go online to reserve it first. The dealer could have even just used their own details to reserve the vehicle online to prevent others from doing so if it really is the case that it takes 24 hours for the website to update. But really they need to fix this system they have in place.

They then agreed that my reservation fee will be refunded and if the sale was to fall through the following day then I will be contacted. I requested to be notified either way because I live quite far from the garage so need to plan accordingly.

Next day arrives, I call to ask for progress and get told the car is being collected later today. Once again I tell them to let me know the outcome before the end of the day so that I can plan to go to the garage if it is unsold. They agreed.

Guess what happens. No call, and they've closed their phone lines for the day.

Also guess what. I still haven't been refunded my reservation fee, and judging from the other poor reviews it looks like I may have to wait a while to get that back.

So my advice is if you reserve a car here, make sure to call up straight away because you may discover that your reserved car is already with someone else.

Fantastic experience as always and a big thank you to Zoe in particular who took care of me during my visit. Zoe kept me updated throughout regarding the MOT and service and made sure I had a comfortable wait by bringing me cups of tea. Excellent experience and highly recommend. Thanks again Zoe!

I needed some work on my used car, purchased in February. Had booked my work, turned up & handed keys over & got courtesy car & left.
Had a call around lunchtime, telling me that the car was ready, so I returned to pick up. There was an issue with a door seal & they agreed to order a new one & replace.
Had a call a couple of days later, to say that it had arrived. Job done! Thanks, a great experience.

I would just like to Thank Zoe in service who from the time my car was booked in until the time it was finished provided a 5* service . Very helpful while I was in the show room ensuring I had internet connection and refreshments so I was still able to work while my car was being serviced . The service was quick and was done and complete well within the time frame I was given ensuring I still got to my meeting on time . Zoe was professional throughout and provided good after service advice . Thank you again for all of your help.
