Price was fair, excellent service in replacing the part, very welcoming staff and whilst the site is away from home the service levels made up for this

From the very first call I made about booking my car in, it was very professional through out. Zoe the advisor who dealt with my issue was great and kept me updated. Very happy about my experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Despite being busy and short staffed on our first visit, we were promptly seen and within half an hour had arranged a test drive/pick up for a used car for the following week.

Handover service was faultless, no-fuss test drive, easy payment and excellent warranty and aftercare provided.

Can’t fault our experience with this dealer.

The Staff are nice. But on moter side they did not cure my motor problem, but just gave excuses.

Stephen Harris was very helpful and informative he reassured me if I needed any more information that I could just pop in to dealership, he kept me informed from ordering car to collection was really impressed with the service he has provided

Staff were very helpful and went through all the paperwork.
Only downside this time, as I have had my car serviced there since 2017 is no health check video and my car was not cleaned.
Also noticed other people getting car air fresheners and I didn’t get one, even tho I go every year to get service there.

From start to finish no pressure selling peter wanted me to have exactly what I wanted everything was explained in detail and I am over the moon with my purchase

Communication before the service and MOT was excellent. Very friendly and polite gentleman came to pick up my car and also delivered it back with all the necessary paperwork. Very good service by all concerned.

I did find getting through to the right department very hard but once through on the phone they were very helpful and courteous. Once there for them to complete the work Zoe looked after me and she was so lovely and explained things very well.

What can I say , excellent service,very knowledgeable and very friendly. I am speaking from experience. I went to inquire about a Nissan x trail, I was very express by how quick the car came and been shown and talked through about the car considering I have never driven automatic. Once again thank you for everything

Brayley's Nissan were very professional in the way they conduct themselves. I had the pleasure of meeting Gavin Hyde who became my agent in the finding the right vehicle for my needs. No amount of questions I asked him was any trouble. He was jovial, and very polite and respectful. I could not have asked for a better experience and I'm sorry I cannot remember the manager's name, but even he came out to greet me and to see if I needed anything. An absolutely fantastic experience to have met these people.

Nice and friendly staff and car was done promptly

Had a first service on my Nissan ariya ev. The service was nothing special but they did it on time and the chap on the desk was very polite.
Every other service iv had with different manufacturers and dealers the car has always come back clean and washed but not at this dealer.
I was charged £239 for first service but I don't know how that is justified.
They charged one filter and topped up screen wash which is £20 of the service. Also environmental charge which is strange because there is nothing to dispose of.
