Brayleys Cars - Brayley Nissan Birmingham Reviews 

I needed the car battery replaced before the winter sets in. The price of supplying and fitting the battery was cheaper than ATS, Halfords and Kwik Fit. I was booked in for 8.40 am at Brayleys Sutton Coldfield, and was driving away from the dealership 35 mins later, which gave me enough time to drink the coffee the staff made me. Great price and service.

Car in for service and mot. Dealership clean with space for customers to sit and relax with a hot drink or be able to work. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Brought a part from Nissan took a few days not a problem. Phoned and then picked up the part. The next couple of days went to fit the part, removed the packaging and I noticed the item was damaged. The first thing I did was to contact brayleys, then they said they checked the item prior to pickup. They said it was fine before it left and refused to take responsibility. I'm not a satisfied customer. I spoke to my customer and they just said to fit the part as it will continue to disrupt his time.

Car booked in for service following a text reminder. We where prepared to drop off and collect later that day but received a call the day before if we were happy to could have service while we waited which suited our schedule perfectly

What can I say, I had a marvellous experience this morning ( Wednesday17th September 2025) at Brayleys Nissan Birmingham. The total opposite to my experience last week! Clare was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions about the Juke and Quashqai cars.

I arrived at 9.30am as arranged, to be met by Clare, she was nice and smiley and made me relaxed straightaway. She apologised for my experience last week, which I humbly accepted. We started the test drive of the Juke around the streets of Streetly.. Clare patiently explained the controls to me and modelled the driving. I then took the wheel. A smooth drive of the Juke.

We returned to the dealership for me to experience driving the Quashqai. (What a car...) A wonderful experience. As stated Clare was extremely informative and answered all my queries and questions. A very smooth drive indeed.

At the end of the session returned to the dealership. An exceptional experience -test driving a Nissan car under the guidance of Clare. I would highly recommend her. I have made the decision to purchase a car from Brayleys Nissan Birmingham. To top it off I met the delightful Neil, who once again apologised for the misunderstandings of last week. Well done Guys, you have personalised and made the experience enjoyable for me.

Really disappointed in both Brayleys and their head office. Reserved a car at Brayleys Nissan Birmingham and contacted the showroom to confirm as was travelling considerable distance. Travelled over 50 miles to view the car the next day to be told it was sold just before I arrived. Simply shocking. Have written to Brayleys corporate head office in London to complain about wasted time and 100 miles of petrol cost and after two weeks not had the courtesy of a response. Will progress to ombudsmen in due course as you simply shouldn't be able to verbally confirm a vehicles availability, receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation which specifies a reserve agreement has been made once the branch confirms the appointment (which it did) and to then travel to find the vehicle sold. Not an acceptable trading practice.

I came in for mot they were brilliant I wasn’t able to gt taxi back an come back so I waited an they made sure my car was done in just over hour as I said I dnt mind waiting an they managed to squeeze me in early so I didn’t have to wait for a long time

Price was fair, excellent service in replacing the part, very welcoming staff and whilst the site is away from home the service levels made up for this
