Very poor experience with this company.
Having read several 5-star reviews, I expected a much better level of service. Perhaps things are fine when there are no issues with the vehicle, but the aftercare I’ve received has been shocking.
I agreed to take the car home on the understanding that Nissan Brayleys Manchester would arrange for a company to resolve one of the issues that wasn’t dealt with at the workshop, as well as arrange a replacement item.
Four weeks later, despite one complaint email and three phone calls, I’m still waiting with no resolution or meaningful update.
Such poor customer service and aftercare. If I treated my own customers this way, I’d lose a huge amount of business. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to deal with this company again.

Brayleys Nissan in Manchester. A truly wonderful car buying experience. No pressure. Good people. A great car. An incredible deal with unexpected but very much appreciated extras (12 months warranty, UK and EU RAC cover). 5 out of 5. I’d have given them 6 out of 5 if I could.

The sales person that I initially made contact with was very helpful. We were planning on buying a used care. Tony talked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions and since we bought our car, has followed up to ensure we are happy now that we have car home. I would highly recommend Brayleys Manchester and would definitely go back in the future...who knows, maybe for a new car

14 month faulty car purchased not repaired went down so many time all lies saying call you back never got call back absolutely poor customer service. Everything’s under warranty still want to charge you for some repairs
The service we received from Daniel was second to none and the whole process of buying our car was an absolute pleasure! Only one tiny complaint: he needs to brush up on his coffee making skills haha!

Went for a service. Decent experience, but communication with the client needs to get a decent uplift. Had to push back quite a bit to get my EV back, though my problem was very simple.
Staff - Ovee was brilliant. He helped me resolve, despite his new tenure in Brayleys. Thanks Ovee - without you, I'd probably not have had the car back when I did.

Have had 3 Nissan Qashqai from Brayleys Manchester which was Westway Nissan at the time. The last one about 3 years ago. A few weeks ago me and my wife got more then 10 phone calls, text and emails from Brayleys Manchester advertising a VIP weekend from 13 to 16 Aug. Special deals on cars for loyal customers & more then book price for your car. At first we wasn't going to go as the car i have has only 10000 miles , we ended up deciding to to see what Special deals they would offer. We went sunday 16th August for 1pm an appointment time which had been arranged. Before going I went Brayleys website and wrote down there advertised offer on cars that I liked. I also had my car valued on the AA &RAC apps which came back £17500 to 20200.On arrival on entering the show room as you walked in there was a small red carpet under a garden arch and a few blow up kids toys scattered around the show room no sandwiches, nothing like when I have been to VIP weekends when it was Westway Nissan. The car I ended up liking was Nissan Aryia Advance 87kWh Advertised on there website for £36961.27 . 1.99% APR customer deposit £4500 , Manufacturer's Deposit £1000 ,
£449pm (10 in stock). The price was below £37000 required to get band 1 of £1500 Government grant off electric car price.
They offered me £17000 for my car which was below what RAC & AA had said nothing like what they said about more then book price for VIP customers
The car that was advertised on there website as £36961.27 which I picked they came back with a price £45000,
£8000 more then advertised and over £650pm. I pointed out to them they are advertising this vehicle for just in £37000. The sales went away again and came back with the manager, i showed them there advert on my mobile phone the manager said the prices he has from Nissan was £45000 i told him it your advert at at £36961. I pointed out thats false advertising, He made out he didn't know were that advert came from a will find out what's going on and phone me tomorrow. We then left. When I got home I looked on Nissan website at there price for the car I had picked Nissan Aryia Advance 87KWh
£37500 , i then checked vehicle stock it came back 116 in stock around the county, all were 63 KWh battery size no 87KWh shown. I check on false advertising on google and what Brayleys are doing is bait advertising to get people into the showroom it said if you believe a car company are bait advertising you can report them to Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards which i will be doing.
Avoid these con artists
Drove up from Guildford area to collect car. Noticed large dent on A pillar drivers side. The sales guy at Garage said know one had noticed. But well get it sorted next week if you take it now as planned. Over two weeks later and nothing. Have hassled many times been passed to many different people. Shocking service.
I found, John your representative, to be very polite & respectful. He rang when he set off to collect the car, rang when he arrived, overall excellent service .

Booked car in for service and MOT a month ago on the day at Nissan Manchester was told the ramp was out of action so couldn't do MOT! Should have been told this so I could have made alternative arrangements. Also no video of service was provided and car was not washed like it used to be. Been coming here for many years now and it seems to have gone down hill would not reccomend.
Anthony helped me choose my car. He was so helpful and kind. I made the right choice choosing brayleys.
