Gareth was great right from the Beginning. He kept in touch and even sent me a personal video tour of the car I wanted to buy! He arranged the road tax and sent me all the relevant documents by email. He even personally delivered the car to me after a long day at work (around a three hour drive one way!)

I have never left a negative review in my life for anyone - but Brayley Nissan Manchester are one exception that I need to share with all of you. Disgraceful dealership. A bunch of scammers and absolute crooks. Travelled from Huddersfield to reach this dealership at 8.00am on Friday 11th April 2025 - having booked my Nissan GTR after speaking to Paul Bottom for an annual service (booked two days earlier) and was quoted approx £2500. On arrival met by Paul Bottom who after scratching his head behind his desktop went on to say the service has now increased to just under £4000 as just changing the engine oil is 'about a £1000'. In two days the service charge had increased from an already ridiculous amount of £2500 to £4000 - absolute dishonest and fraudulent behaviour. To everyone who is thinking of doing any business with this dealership - do so at your own peril as these deceptive, lying crooks will try to fleece you for every penny. Thankfully didn't part with any money at this deceitful dealership and managed to book my GTR with a reputable Nissan GTR specialist for all my service requirements for only £1300!
I would'nt even give these robbers a one star if I could - BEWARE OF BRAYLEY NISSAN ALL CUSTOMERS - UNPROFFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL AND FRANKLY A SWINDLING COMPANY. Nasty nasty staff and dealership.

A very good buying experience for our new Nissan Qashqai from Brayley Manchester. Gareth Flood was our salesman and even picked us up from the railway station to take the car home.
I've wanted an automatic car for some time. They don't appear to come up very often so was very happy to find one at Brayley's at the price I wanted to pay. Even got a small reduction on the asking price!

I recently leased a Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Manchester and the experience was excellent from the very beginning. My initial contact was with ‘King’ Chris, who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Within the hour, he came back to me with two tailored options, both covering everything I’d asked for. He clearly explained the breakdown of each option and, importantly, there was no pushy sales talk—just genuine, helpful advice.

Chris kept in regular contact and was happy to answer all of my questions, going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I was then passed over to Keith, who continued with the same high level of service. He checked in regularly to confirm I was happy with my choice and helped arrange convenient times for signing paperwork and collecting the car.

I absolutely love my new Qashqai—it has everything I need and more. Truly fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Easy booking and the usual efficient service from the dealership, new name from previous times but same great service, had to go back for a part to be fitted but Paul on the service desk made it as easy as possible. Definitely recommend.
