Brayleys Cars 5 Star Service
Paul Robinson sold me my new car and the service was excellent from choosing the car to picking it up. I was going to buy my new car from Chorley Nissan which I live near to but the service and attitude was abysmal I found they had little knowledge about the car I wanted to purchase unlike Brayleys salesman Paul who was very knowledgable .

Vehicle Service
On the whole the experience was good, the only disappointment was that the vehicle was not cleaned outside or inside which other leading manufacturers do as part of their service proposition.

As part of our sustainability initiative, we’ve removed the traditional wash and vac that used to accompany a service or MOT as part of our commitment to a more environmentally responsible approach. In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment. Paul Robinson/ Juke Tekna
Paul Robinson made the experience of buying a car quite straight forward. Juke. Good advice and I was happy with the trade in offer on my car and the price of my new one. I was undecided between 2 cars at 2 different garages but I felt I got better attention and a better deal from Paul and Bradley's.

Took my car in for a service, easy to book. Dropped the car off Amelia was very pleasant to deal with. Recieved a call when the car was ready. Pick the car up. No messing about. Excellent service.

Expert, friendly and efficient service
Yasin at Oldham went out of his way to source a car for me that matched my criteria. He arranged for delivery to Oldham speedily and was able to answer all my questions about the car. Negotiations were done in a friendly way and I had confidence in all aspects of the service. It made part exchanging my car a pleasurable experience.

Attempted Robbery…
Went into Nissan oldham for entertainment system update all went well . Except was offered free health check which I refused but was still done presented with report saying lower n/s & o/s lower suspension bushes are critical need replacing I work for a car truck van & trailer rental company we have two MOT lanes ran by the DVSA daily so we had a look today now this DVLA tester used to test cars before joining DVSA so he knows his onions. and believe me there was no faulty bushes front or rear none what so ever now Nissan quoted £8070.6p for this none existent critical fault . I would love an explanation because if I was Joe Public and not doing the job I do I imagine Joe Public would have had the unnecessary critical work carried out and been £8070.6p lighter in the bank , love my Xtrail but will I buy another??
