All good. I was a bit surprised my car wasn't cleaned with the service (sure it used to be done) but I should've asked also. My 1st service here in a few years after having a skoda and the experience is better now...except the wash element. Like everything the prices have gone up too. Nice to pop for a breakfast next door also which was a bonus. Staff were lovely and thanks for taking extra time with me and sorting my technology questions whilst it was busy. Appreciated.

Very quick at booking in my car but after a week still unable to solve the issue so sent car back to dealership

I have always used Nissan Stourbridge and been very happy with the service but was disappointed this time because I have used collection and delivery in the past due to problems getting a lift back and coming to collect my car. This time when I enquired about it I found out the price had gone up by £20.00 in a year which I think was totally unreasonable so had to get my son take time out of work to help me

Warranty work carried out to the highest standard. Reception staff exceptional kept me fully informed at all times. It's a pleasure to use this dealership.

The purpose of our visit was for a factory recall. We were met and greeted by Scott who explained what needed to be done and from his experience, it was a quick fix and he would have us on our way quickly. He came to our vehicle and explained what the recall was for and showed me what he was doing. Like he promised - it was quick. Scott was very friendly, helpful and professional, what customer service should be.
