My second service at Brayleys
My second service at Brayleys, Stourbridge. 36k mile major service on my Nissan Townstar Van. Outstanding and professional attention to detail. Thanks to Charlotte and her team. She guided me through the entire process and the whole job was completed with everything summarised at the end so I knew exactly what work and procedure was completed. My vehicle was returned in pristine condition and nothing to raise of concern. Highly rated and trusted too.

The manager came over and spoke to us as we waited for our service. He noticed we had been there a while with no update so he offered us a drink and also took it upon himself to get us an update, he also made conversation with us which was nice considering how weighty his job is

Well impressed with Brayleys customer service.
The receptionist and the service department went above and beyond in sorting out the issue with my vehicle.
Plenty of advice given to me as well.
Considering how busy they were, I fully appreciate their efforts.
Having used another dealer more local to my home in the past few years, and as I wasn’t impressed with the other dealers service and their don’t care attitude, I decided to travel to Brayleys at Stourbridge where I used to go prior to my house move, I’m so glad I did. It’s good to be treated as a valued customer again.

Issue was found to be problem covered under warranty.
Parts where ordered and fitted within a day.
Whole experience was without problem.

Good service and care
The car had to go back to have aircon checked. Brayleys , found the fault and replaced the compressor under warranty. It was done in a day with no problems. The staff kept us up to date and booked it in at our convenience. Jane and George were excellent. Cannot fault Brayleys.

I was kept informed about the progress of my car. She had a full service. She was collected and delivered back to me, which was great as I didn't have to spend 3 or more hours waiting for her in the garage. Unfortunately they don't valet the cars anymore. They did a great job on the service and I'm very pleased.

BRAYLEYS-v-WESTWAY
I have purchased 4 new Nissan vehicles over the past 15 years when the ownership traded as WESTWAY, Over this period I found that the customer service was sadly lacking.
My experience with BRAYLEY CARS, for the first time over a serious problem with my Leaf Mk 2, was an all new shining example in the definition of customer service!
Through out the repairs to my vehicle I was kept fully informed of progress and on completion the car was given a free health check too!

Really good service from John
Really good service from John. Professional and no pressure. He really listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to meet my needs. The three year warranty is also very good, and not tied into services from Nissan which was a big selling point for me.
