The staff were really helpful, everything went well facilities for the people who wait were excellent coffee machine and fridge with ice cold water, everything was completed and a video of the service was sent to my phone can't fault the place

Service, MOT, & Air Conditioning Service
Service, MOT and Air conditioning service, all whilst I waited. Coffee and refreshments, Wifi and desk space makes it a good place to work whilst the car is being seen too.
Staff were very helpful and they have great on-line booking system with appropriate reminders and calls.
Cost was exactly as they quoted.

Poorly truck
Issue still ongoing however staff great very helpful and lots too help standby with problem ? I have ordered a brand new truck so hope they will look after me with my current trucks probs .

Contacted to make appointment for MOT and reminded closer to the day. Very friendly staff and appointment was to time. Its a shame that Brayleys no longer offer a wash and valet of car but I was made aware of this prior to the appointment

We were kept informed on the progress of the service. Sent a POV video of the vehicle as it was being checked with explanations.
We was informed straight away when the car was ready to be collected. Updates done on media system and a new tyre repair kit.

Great experience
Checked my car in online for it's annual service prior to arriving at the dealership so, it was as simple as confirming my reg and handing over my keys when the service department opened at 8. I was notified that my car was ready for collection at 10.30, you couldn't ask for better than that.
