The service from Brayleys was smooth and efficient, and particular mention must go to Jane, who was, as ever, helpful and professional. I was a little disappointed that a quick wash and vac is no longer part of the service, but overall that is not a deal breaker on what is an excellent service.

Having my car picked up and delivered back and the guy was polite and courteous and it was stress free.

I sat in comfort whilst I had Servis and MOT . Also got video when MOT was being done and any future requirements, ie , advisory’s needed before next MOT .
I enjoyed several free cups of tea , plus the choice of other drinks , coffee , chocolate, water or fizzy drink .
Thank you for explaining or advising any further work needed . I can now drive safely knowing my car won’t let me down. Thanks to all staff for the care and help I received 🙏

Car booked in for a recall appointment. Managed to get a booking the day after I received the notification letter from Nissan. Work was carried out within the advised timeframe and car was also given a free health check and clean. Staff were friendly,efficient and informative. Couldn't ask for more

Well organised procedure, comfortable waiting area, service receptionist was very good at explaining details. Email contact before and after was good.

Car was booked in for a service and mot. Easy online booking system and work carried out without any fuss. Good communication throughout. Only downside was constant emails telling me that my car was due for a service even after I had booked it in.

Friendly and knowledgeable team with no pressure selling. The car was valeted and serviced with a 12 month MOT and Warranty - outstanding!

Brilliant from start to finish. Dave was considerate, expained things clearly and really listened to what we wanted. He took the time and trouble to find the right car, and was focused and helpful throughout.

Sound advice given from helpful staff, and work was carried out efficiently and effectively.

Car Service. Service itself was carried out well and the car was washed and valeted nicely afterwards. Would have given 5 stars but they no longer do a free collection and delivery service so I had to sit and wait for 3 hrs. Luckily the waiting area is comfortable and fresh coffee is available.

I took my car in for a sit and wait MOT, was told it would take an hour and then a 15 minute wash and vac, I was able to sit and read my book and have complimentary coffee. I had another issue with my car which was dealt with by the manager. Overall very impressed with my visit to Brayleys.
