great customer service, Tom went above and beyond to make sure buying my car was a positive experience, even came in on his day off so I could collect on Sunday, was patent and helpfull dealing with banks ever zealous security when trying to pay by direct transfer. one of the best I have experienced in 40 years of car buying.

After having a poor experience at another Nissan dealership this was a very good experience at Stourbridge Nissan Dealership. There was no pushy salesmanship from Dave Barker he was very knowledgeable kind and reassuring from start to finish. Sonia the manager was lovely and apologised for the bad experience at the other dealership. Communication was excellent during the smooth transition of purchasing my new car. Thank you Dave and Sonia the team is only as good as the leader at the top.

After being let down by another garage, I took my car back to the main dealership and they were fantastic in dealing with and diagnosing my car with the issues. Service was fantastic, timely and honest.

Absolutely great experience here! All of the team were so attentive, I got offered free refreshments even for my dog and they were super quick at getting my car serviced and MOTd even though I had arranged a drop off appointment! They sent me a video of all of my advisories and they were not pushy in having to get them done then and there! My car was also valeted before it was handed back!

My vehicle was serviced which was completed in time stated given results paper and e mail. I waited for service on premises which was clean seating a little low but o k and coffee available.
