Car (Kia Niro) booked for a routine service. Booking process was simple. On the day the reception was straightforward and the work carried out in good time. I was sent a message to update on progress and to authorise additional work that needed to be done. On collection the car had been washed and vacuumed. Reception staff were polite and knowledgeable - overall very good experience.

Straight forward process. William was very responsive and helpful. Made it a very easy purchase.
EDIT.... 29/05/2026
* Since writing this review my experience with this garage and William has been very strained. I have had to take the car back twice now. The first time they had it for almost 3 weeks to do two minor works (spare key coding and replacement of some rubber seals the windscreen chap left off) and one slightly more trivial (rear window not operating). I was told it was being delayed due to a part they needed that they had ordered from ford and they were waiting for it to be sent. Upon speaking to ford I found this not to be true as they had never put in any such order. When I collected the car I found that none of the works had been carried out. Which frustrated me even more as I was told the guys to do the two minor works were booked in on the Friday that week and to drop the car to them then for it to be done. I quizzed them as to why and they said as they were waiting on ford they couldn't move to car to do the other works. (More lies). I was also then told that they didn't actually know what was wrong with the more trivial work so it would have to be sent to ford. I took the car back pending a date to do so only to find they had scratched the door they removed and the oil change light had appeared on the dash to add to the growing list. So I agreed to have the car taken it to ford and have now been waiting two weeks almost for the works to be done. William has been very lapse in responding, constantly says he will call and never does, which means we have had to chase him. The two minor works have been completed but the more trivial work appears to be delayed due to Brayleys arguing the costs of the works needed. Which I find ironic as it was them who said they were happy to do all the work prior to it going to ford. Also find it frustrating that ford have said it needs a complete re-wire due to a wire being snapped and pinched back together (brayleys say this was not them) but Brayleys are digging their heals in and have asked them to just try and repair that one wire. Ford say this may not be possible and I am waiting for a response (again) from William and ford as to where I stand should it be repaired then fail again. All in all shocking. So far they have had the car almost longer than I have! I appreciate I have been given a courtesy car, but it's half the size of the car I bought and not the one I'm paying for! I retract my statement saying I would happily use them again.

We visited a few times and were served by Ennes. His approach was amazing and we felt very secure in the advice and information he provided. Having bought the car his kindness and care in explaining how it worked was also outstanding. His patience to answer all our questions was also creditable.
In between visits we always received good advice and timely responses to our emails.
Thank you Ennes

Reponse was a promised telephone call. Result - nothing 3 days later
And nothings has changedin the last week despite frquent attempts to make contact
